This shop is a joke. I made an appointment for a full set of tires, showed up for the appointment on time and checked in. I waited for an hour and a half and they still hadn't touched my car. While I was waiting, I noticed how quiet this shop was, which is strange for an auto repair/tire shop. Also almost no turnover of vehicles in and out of service bays. I'm not sure the technicians were doing anything. I know there were at least four technicians working since I watched them all hanging out at the front desk chatting. I finally went and asked if they would be getting to my car soon and they said no-two cars ahead of me. I asked for my key and left. This was my first and last time at Just Tires. read more

The people here are rude, lazy and liars. I went in to get my flat tire fixed. The guy at the counter said it can be fixed, but offered to sell me two tires instead. He told me $200 out the door. So i told him to go ahead, this way I would have a new tire instead of a repaired one. When the car was done, the price was $288. On the Invoice I noticed that their was a tire repair charge. They repaired the tire and sold ne two new ones, All I wanted was my flat fixed! And to top it off they left chalk on my floor mat. Do not bring your car here. read more

I had an appointment for 8, got there at 8:05. The clown at the register told me he had one client after me. Mind you, I am there at opening for a tire rotation that Jiffy Lube will get me in and out in 15 mins. One hour later, he's telling me he's just pulling my car in. The last time I was there for a tire rotation, it was a four-hour process. I asked the clown at the register for his manager's phone number, and he had the nerve to tell me to look it up. Just Tires was the closest store that was open on a Sunday and was able to book a 9am for the next day, I was second in line and after about two hours I was out, tire pressure has seemed good and a reasonable price. read more

They open at 8am so I got there at 7:45 for a walk-in like I was told a day before by someone. No one showed up till 8:45 to open. People were waiting and were pissed. I had a dead battery today requiring a jump to get me going so wherever I ended up was it! I called ahead and was told that they could get the battery in a half an hour. I arrived about an hour later and they replaced the battery in a half an hour. It was fast and great customer service. They are spot on for me today.! read more

Person at desk was clearly in an unhappy mood. I explained that I wanted tires rotated and two replaced. He told me in a condescending way that I was explaining it wrong. I told him that the lift should only go on the lift points under the car. I explained it twice. The bent up pieces of my car tell a different story, whick I told him about before leaving with the car and he didn't respond. Also, they couldn't rotate the back wheels to the front because they were different and billed me for four mountings/balancings instead of two, but he told me that they should be charging me for 6 mount and balance despite the 6 being due to their error. Car vibrates on the expressway now and I don't know if it's because they didn't actually balance the tires or because they bent my car up. read more

I've been to this location a few times and usually they are very personable. The space is clean and they do a good job. I went it this time for new tires. First thing that was off was even though I selected online that I did NOT want the insurance, they charged it anyway. When I asked to have it removed, one guy was extremely rude and said I should've asked to have ti removed before the charge. Ultimately, they convinced me to keep it. When I examined my car, one of the lugnuts was jutting out. I should've asked about it, but I was put off by the way I was talked to. After a bit of driving (which hasn't been much because of the stay at home order) my car started making a weird helicopter noise. I brought it to my local mechanic and he said HE WAS ABLE TO REMOVE ALL LUGNUTS WITH HIS HANDS - NO TOOLS. THAT'S HOW LOOSE THEY WERE. This was after driving 80MPH twice on the highway. I should've questioned my choice of coming back here when the time before this a man in the waiting room was yelling at them for lugnuts. Go here only if you have a death wish. read more

Very good experience. Very large spacing for sitting area due to Covid .Location at Cermark. I had an accident on the highway where one of my tires exploded because I didn't change my tires on time. I suggest anyone that's used a tire over eight years think about changing tires before it pops on highway.After it pops or exploded on the road the alignment was messed upon. I needed to have an alignment and new tires. Very quick scheduling in this location. Did the job done and fix the car. But it is quite messy so I suggest you yourself get plastic bag and cover your seats and car side door covered. They do put a seat cover one time but once I take it off and then you want them to check other stuff they sit back in the car but without the plastic seat wrap. You should get your own plastic seal wrap to not have the hassle of clean up.Or asked to keep the plastic seat wrap Because you want to take it off yourself. read more

Just went into Just tires in Berwyn Illinois off Cermack Rd. Ask the guy to check the air pressure as a customer who bought tires from them. He said he couldn't the technicians are not checking air pressure as they have been going out side and getting sic. never heard of anything like this. If these guys don't have customer service experience don't hire them. No customers in the lobby either just me early in the morning requesting service where I have spent money. This guy should be let go immediately at the desk. read more

So about 2 years ago I took my truck in for an alignment and that's when I was told that my control arms were bad...So I signed off on the team to replace them. Now at that time the vehicle had a slight lift kit on it, and after the work was done I noticed that something was definitely wrong so I brought it back in only to find that I was given STOCK control arms causing a substantial amount of damage. At this point the staff owned up to what they did, and I ended up dropping the vehicle back down to stock height (I bought it used with the lift kit so that was my choice) and consequently I was given new struts, shocks, CV Axels and the works at no charge to remedy the mistake...Okay, Cool... NOW fast forward to November of 2022 (the initial work was completed in September of 2020) I go to change my front brake pads and rotors and I find the CV axel boot is split wide open right on the crease of the boot. I've only put 22,000 miles on the axel (Average life is 80,000) and with this in mind I called the shop and was informed that the warranty will not cover it...To add insult to injury they tried to tell me "we can't be held responsible for road hazards" implying that this was either my fault or something on the road caused this which is damn near impossible given the boot is perfectly split open right along the crease (NO SIGN of any "Foul Play"). Now the warranty on the parts was apparently 24,000 miles OR 2 years....So here I am at 22,000 miles and 2 years and 2 months out, they refused to do anything about it and proceeded to tell me that my options are replacing the axels that they caused (the originals) to go bad, and now I'm clearly left with a defective product that I now have to pay to be hopefully made right again. I've honestly never bought tires from here, only alignments, and frankly I don't think I ever will after this experience and I'm making it my business to share this story. I DO NOT RECOMMEND trusting this outfit, I've given them ample opportunity to make this right and they completely refused. Granted they remedied the situation initially and more than likely bought the cheapest parts possible just to say "we did it" but with this new piece of information I'm NOT happy and I would not bring any vehicle in here after everything I've seen. read more

I came in for new tires before taking a road trip to my dad's funeral. I called and made an appointment before I came and they asked if I wanted to price tires, which I did. They recommended 4 new high-end tires (of course not what was discussed on the phone) but said only 2 were critical. I bought 2 of their lowest priced tires and paid for an alignment. After 2 hours I'm told they could only align the front tires because the bolts on the car were too tight and they couldn't get them off without fear of breaking them. Yet I was still charged for the whole alignment. The next day, we're on the road and the car starts making rattling noises and tire pressure indicator is flashing. I reset the tire pressure indicator but now it's on all the time. Just got home and now I gotta take the car back for them to figure out what's going on. read more

Glue I all over the outside of my tires. Then they tried to sell me a warranty. These people can't keep track of appointments. No thanks. I get there before one and he replied that I won't be able to be seen because they are booked till Wednesday!!! Excellent customer service, friendly and fast. I don't know about all of the Just Tires locations but the one on Cermak Road (22nd Street) in Berwyn, IL gives incredible service. They are friendly, nice, willing to look up your tire to see if it's on warranty (whether you have paperwork or not) and are pretty quick when it comes to service on your car. I never get tires from any where else, their road service warranty is very helpful. They just fixed my front tire (removed a nail) and didn't charge me a thing because it was covered. I was in the west suburbs and I hear a clicking noise coming from my car. I get out to inspect my car and find a huge bolt in my tire. Not just a nail but a bolt with a one inch head and a half-inch shaft. I realize I probably have a limited driving range. So I pull out my smartphone and power up Yelp and type in "tires." Not too many choices popped up so I drove down Cermak to this Just Tires. They told me three of my tires were rather worn and the bolt was in the one good tire which was not repairable. They showed me the tires and they didn't have to do a hard sell - it was time to replace the tires. They had four of my tires in stock. They had me back on the road in no time. The service was pleasant and knowledgeable. I needed tires and was glad to get it out of the way. I got the extended warranty - $16.95 per tire. It includes free fixes or replacement for three years. I live in the city so I get a flat at least once or twice a year. read more

I'm going to be fair. These guys are polite and they get the job done for a fair price. That being said, I have had a few issues: 1. Having the right materials. I went in to get a new tire, and the mechanic asked me where my lug nut was. This is one location of many stores, and they are supposed to be professionals, but they don't have their own lug nuts? 2. Returning phone calls. So, the mechanic lost my lug nut, and when I called to ask where they put it, I kept being told that someone would call me back. No one did. If you say you are going to do something, do it. I hate it when people do not return my phone calls--especially those who want customers. I actually had to go down there to get answers. 3. Managers/Agents not being at the front desk. At my first appointment, there was a long line but no one at the desk. Mechanics passed by, and not one stopped to ask if he could help someone. 4. Being tardy for appointments. I scheduled for appointments twice for service, and both times, I was on time or early. The first time, they did not even bring my car into their garage until 30 minutes after the appointment. The second time, I scheduled for what the website said was a non-peak time. When I went in, I was told that they triple booked for the same time, and they would take care of my car in 30-45 minutes. My car did not go into the garage until after almost 1.5 hours. The manager was apologetic, but he did not even bother giving me a discount for waiting more than twice as long as I anticipated. This may sound simple, but a person will either keep their appointments or they will not. This is a MAJOR pet peeve of mine. If they triple-booked, they should have paid me the courtesy of calling me to see if I still wanted the appointment. Since they do a good job and I am not yet convinced that they will try to cheat me, I will give them one more chance. But just one more! read more

This is the place for tires and oil changes. If you want any major work, you might consider a search on YELP for what you need. No offense to these guys. If you need tires, oil changes, fix a flat tire, wipers...then it's best to go online to their web site and set up the appointment for what you need done there. You might be lucky and find a deal that could save you some money! If you're a "walk-in", you might wait a while since they give priority to appointments. They are nice people, and they do reasonable work, but it's best to keep it in the realm of what they offer. They're not JUST TIRES for nothing. read more
