I you can't work on a certain vehicle, don't work on it at all !!! I also understand they have a problem obtaining right parts ? What the hell does that even mean ?Terrible. I was told my brake pads were dangerously thin and needing an immediate change, something they could do for $500+ so I took my car to a trusted dealership instead where the owner let me know that my pads are perfectly fine & do not need to be changed at this time. I was also asked by this Jiffy Lube if I wanted my air conditioner filter changed bc they said it was dirty, which is something I know how to do myself so I went to do that today only to find that the filter is not at all needing a change yet. I truly believe they targeted me as a woman because my husband has never once been recommended so many additional services after his oil changes, but after my first time I got quite a few despite having a fairly new car. We will no longer be using this location or company.

A pleasant young man greeted me, asked what was the purpose of my visit (oil change), and escorted me to the waiting area. The editing area had comfy chairs, a vending machine, water cooler, and TV. My oil change was times was less than 30 minutes. The staff at the counter were pleasant and applied my discounted coupon, which was a great value as it made my cost go down a bit.
