Whoever the technician that did my tires was totally careless on placing and removing the weights as he scratched and destroyed the paint on my 22 inch BMW alloy rims. The manager reimbursed me back the cost of the installation and also offered to fix the rim but they need to keep the vehicle for more than a day which during the time I cannot manage since its my only commute. The cost of getting my rims refinished is eight times over what I paid for the installation. This is just a big regret on my part but also a big neglect on the shops part (at least on the tech that did my wheels.) Just disappointing.

Ladies beware! The oil change service was fine, no issues there but I was given several…read morerecommendations that were outright false/inappropriate. I was told my brake pads were dangerously thin and needing an immediate change, something they could do for $500+ so I took my car to a trusted dealership instead where the owner let me know that my pads are perfectly fine & do not need to be changed at this time. I was also asked by this Jiffy Lube if I wanted my air conditioner filter changed bc they said it was dirty, which is something I know how to do myself so I went to do that today only to find that the filter is not at all needing a change yet. I truly believe they targeted me as a woman because my husband has never once been recommended so many additional services after his oil changes, but after my first time I got quite a few despite having a fairly new car. Came here for a quick oil change. You know how you know something is wrong with your car, but you…read moredon't t know what it is? Well, I had a feeling it was because I needed an oil change and I was right. I got to the business early. I was greeted by a pleasant young man who asked what service I wanted today, to which I replied, oil change. He told me to leave the keys in the ignition that he would take it from there and proceeded to lead me to the waiting area. Once in the waiting area, a really pleasant man at the counter asked me what type of oil change I wanted and also asked me if I had any coupons. I told him yes (FYI: go online to Jiffy Lube to obtain the lasted coupon) and presented it on my phone. He then told me I was really low on oil and that could do damage to the timing mechanism on my car. He then went on to tell me about there "top off" service where I could come in for the next three months and have my fluid levels, including oil, topped off complimentary and have my level monitored for any future issues. They do many different vehicle services as well. I was in and out within 25 minutes. All in all a decent business to come and get a quick oil change.
