I mean, you could sit there and search and find all kinds of other things or click on a photo and find things that amount to those things. So there's definitely a variety at each destination I got one specific thing here that I wanted for a wedding so it worked out great for me and I would say it was worth the drive. I had a coworker tell me about this site so I finally downloaded the app and started browsing. I ended up buying quite a few things for my first time shopping/bidding. First thing to note is that you have to have an account and a credit card on file. Your card is charged after winning the auction. Not necessarily right away though. The app will show you when the invoice has been paid so then you can schedule a pickup. I bought stuff over a few days so I had multiple invoices, but you can schedule the pickups all at once. You have a final pickup date that you have to collect your items by. Based on what I've read, if you don't pick up by that time, you forfeit your items (it's considered abandoned) and they basically keep your money. So make sure you pick up your items! I'm not sure exactly how many days you get, but it's a few days. When bidding, there is a $2 fee for each item you win plus another 15% fee. So that, plus the price of the item will be your total. They also have Last Chance items that are Buy It Now priced and you just pay that price, with no extra fees (other than tax). The price on those drops the sooner the end time is. You can get some pretty good deals on those items. I got a couple decent items for 50¢ each. To pickup, after scheduling your pickup or stopping by (the app tells you the hours available for pickup and which days you need an appointment), you just show up and scan the QR code posted (with the app) to get in a digital queue. Your number will show up on your screen with another QR code. They will call your number when it's your turn. It also shows how many people are ahead of you, which is good to know. If you have a lot, or big items, they have it on a cart for you. So you can take it out to your vehicle and then just return the cart. Make sure you have your ID when you first pick up. I don't know if you need it after that, but first time pickup you do. They will scan the QR code and you will sign for your items. Now for the items themselves... CHECK YOUR ITEMS. Not only should you check to make sure you got them all, but check that they match the condition listed. All my items were listed as "appears new" but a few were very questionable and a couple were outright used and/or broken. Remember, a lot of these are customer returns. And customers do shady things. Like putting a non-working or broken item in the box and returning it to get a refund. I'm not sure who lists these things but with the amount of items they have, it's not very surprising that things don't get listed accurately all the time. At pickup, I did a return on an item that was not as listed. I'm not sure if something went wrong with the return but I don't see any refund on my card or onto the "Justbid wallet," which is what I hear your refunds go to, and not your original payment method. I've emailed them to sort that out but I'm not sure how what would work since I left the item at the warehouse and the guy said I was all set? So if you're returning something, make sure they complete it while you're there. It's better to do it right there at pickup instead of taking it home than having to return later. I'm not completely familiar with the return policy but the window is very small. Overall, the experience was an easy process. I would just expect your items to be what you would find in a huge bin of "stuff" and hopefully you get something useful out of it. Almost goodwill like? I found out about JustBid from a friend about a year. I downloaded the app and it was game over. You can either just scroll the app to see what is available to bid on or you can manually enter what you're looking for and bid on said item. Most of the items are Amazon overstock and is brand new, some items are used, damaged or open box. Everything I have ordered is brand new and never had any issues. I've purchased dog items, ice maker, mini fridge and so much more and I never spent more than $50. I will say the app is addictive. I've recently discovered JustBid (looks like it has been DBA other names previously) and it's been very helpful in saving money for some things my mom needs in her new residence. The vast majority of this inventory are returns, overstock, dead stock and damaged boxes. Once in a while you may find non Amazon inventory in brand new condition. Quality of products can be hit or miss since you're basically buying products sight unseen from Amazon without the benefit of return guarantees. The website categorizes items (New, Open Box, Pre-owned, Incomplete, Damaged), but it's "buyer beware" so you have to be diligent. Calculation tip: factor in the 15% + $2 fee, then sales tax per item before bidding. There are various rules in play when it comes to claiming your items so be sure to read and understand the FAQ. One rule to emphasize is appointment times and deadlines. Don't delay making an appointment once it gives you the clearance to do so. Appointment times fill up quickly and if you miss it, you forfeit your purchase without refund and a penalty fee. Also be sure to come within 15 minutes of your appointment time. They cannot accommodate early arrivals or extremely late arrivals. Of course I learned this the hard way. Bring your own tape and box cutter to the warehouse so you can inspect your haul on-site. If there's an issue, you need to email them immediately. Make sure you have everything that you came for and that they are in the condition listed. I won to items one in Lincoln and one at the Commerce Dr address. Iwas given for days for item pickup. 3 of the 4 days did not have any appointments available when I checked. The only day available I was oit of town and had to have my son pickup. The process was so slow at the Commerce location that he couldn't make it to the Lincoln location as scheduled. I decided to forgot the Lincoln location purchase because the time and drive there was not worth a mug for $3.50 and it would have had to be a special trip. I pick up my purchase from my son when we get back in town, Its a 3000 watt invertor listed as "appears new." Well it wasnt. I did a test run before a final install and it was broken. I contacted the manufacturer they said it appeared to be a return already, and should not have been resold. I reached out to Justbid and 3 days later still no reply. My 1st experience with Justbid, appears to be my last experience with just bid. I can buy broken stuff on FB marketplace a lot closer to home, and avoid the 15% bidding fee and sales tax. read more

I've been bidding/buying since June of 2025. I've never had a major problem at this location until recently(the past two months). In that time period, they've lost 3 of my wins and tried to give me the wrong item. It took two weeks before I was refunded. CHECK EVERY ITEM YOU BUY. Bring extra various powers chords with you for electrical items you purchase because sometimes they come with no chord even though the listing indicates the chord is included. (I learned the hard way). You can check electrical items before you take them to ensure they work. APPOINTMENTS - They are a joke. If you make an appointment be prepared to wait an hour and a half after that time to receive your item. Also, sometimes you can't even schedule an appointment because the slots are booked. This is so inconvenient, considering the limited time you have to pick up items and the distance many people have to travel. I tried to make an appointment immediately after my listing was processed and all the slots were booked. I could not come in any other day so I had to email them to ask for an extension; They replied 3 days later. read more

This company offers for sale returns, Amazon returns. My problem with that with this business is their return policy When something is described as "appear new" however, it's unusable, should be an easy return if they decide to take the returns, they will not refund the money back to the original form of payment but rather put it in just beat wallet meaning I have to buy something else do your homework before buying fron this business. read more

Unfortunately, this location is always behind thus your appointments are rarely on time. I have yet been able to scan into my appointment in the allowed 15 minutes prior. It is usually 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment that you can get into the queue. Then you have to wait for them to go and source your items. Sitting here now and they are about 45 minutes behind on the appointments. Really, why bother with the appointments. Go back to first come first served. At least then you know why you are sitting here waiting. The other locations seem to have this figured out. So far, in my experience, this is the only location that can't get it together. Accountability - they gave a large order of mine to the wrong customer. I have been standing in the warehouse over an hour waiting to be refunded and still nothing. It is pretty simple, issue a refund, say sorry for all the wasted time bidding and gas to get here and be done with it. Not sure why this is so difficult. Apparently they are receiving all of their videos of the warehouse before issuing refund. They clearly gave me wrong items, took them back, now I have to wait for t b em to investigate employees. This Just bid location is the worst. (Lincoln) The employees sit around and talk while there are many people waiting. They are nothing like the other locations, who seem to work at a very efficient pace. Also, when I questioned a pickup, they were very rude and no help. The items listed are misleading and the product is sometimes broken or missing parts. I will not be going to this location again, it needs better managing. read more
