This is my go to place whenever my dog needs a bath. I really like it here because compare to other dog wash around the area this one is really nice and cheaper for a $10 bath shampoo and dryer comes with it. But everytime I come here I always bring my own blower for my dog because their blower is not for big dogs I have a golden retriever. This is also my go to place whenever Im out of dog food sometimes they have good deals for dog food like when you buy a dog food they will give you a $15 dollar gift card for a Hill Science Diet dog food. All their employees are very friendly and always willing to help, especially ladies by the front registers. The store is super clean and very organized. That's why I keep coming back here. read more

Supplied my new shed with everything to take care of elderly horses. Prices could be better but pretty comparable to other places. I do think they have better products. read more

This tractor supply has THE NICEST employees! So friendly and personable. I called ahead of time to make sure they had my dog food because it's about a 15-20 min drive from me. Tina was the representative who spoke with me on the phone with a quick answer (she didn't put me on hold either!). Before we hung up, she told me to drive safe with the rain/roads which is such a kind sentiment to hear from a stranger. When I arrived, I told her thank you for your help earlier and she said "oh! Let me go grab that dog food for you so you can look around and shop!" Great sales tactic and so thoughtful. The other ladies at the front registers were also super friendly and festive. The store was clean and well organized. The food is a couple dollars more than petclub, but the service makes up for the price difference! read more

Found our permanent spot to refill our propane tanks! Checked local prices along with popular spots a bit away from Blue Oaks and this is where we're going from now on. More affordable prices comparatively, convenient location from Blue Oaks, simple process, friendly staff, plenty of parking, and quick service. Just park near the concrete walled off section near the front and request for propane refill service at the front desk. Someone will head over to refill propane gas for you and you can pay right there once done. Rate when we refilled on 12/31/24 was $3.89 per gallon, for reference. Easy and out with fantastic prices and service for liquid propane refills! Decent inventory in the store itself for DIY home projects, like a mini Home Depot. Home Depot themselves don't have a propane refill service, just replacement of the entire tank itself. We'll be back, for sure! read more

Good for shopping but stay away from the pet clinic. Tractor supply employees have no idea how the pet clinic works, signs posted say you register online and they text when it's your turn; it's a lie it's just an spca style first come first serve. I wasted an hour because employees told me online line queue worked. I'll stick to petco at least their registration system works. read more

Our first experience at Tractor Supply and it won't be our last! In speaking with Chris, learned Tractor Supply started as a mail order store back in 1930 in North Dakota and now they have stores like this one in all 49 states and building!! The only store they are not in is Alaska. Primarily a farm, feed supply store and now a well developed everything you could possibly need and more especially their seasonal items, such a wonderful selection!! Love this store and happy to see it so close to home! I've been to TSC elsewhere and definitely a fan. This location has been on my radar for a month or so and happened to see that they were open tonight, so I dropped in to check it out. They're currently in the soft opening phase and will be doing their Grand Opening on the 21st (July). It looks like they're off to a good start! Not the largest TSC I've seen, but they've got the basics and ready to roll! Definitely coming back on the 21st! (I hear there might even be food trucks... maybe). read more

We came, we found, we bought every item we were looking for. We needed 5 gallon buckets with good lids that will stay on and remain dry in spite of rain or sprinklers. We also needed a shorter container that will hold 50 lbs of dog food. They had it. Finally, we wanted a large portable dog crate. They had that too. Very nice group of people there and very helpful. Today, Joselyn was especially helpful when I needed to return some lids and replace them. All that and reasonable prices too. read more

Went to Tractor Supply for their pet wash service station. For $10 you can use their professional grade equipment to bath your pet. Also included is a blow dryer, combs to brush your pet, and shampoo! So worth it! read more

We went on a quick trip and had to put our pups with a dog sitter. when we picked up our boys. They wasn't smelling so fresh and so clean. Since I just took them to the groomer not too long ago we decided to give them bathed instead. And we heard there's a new tractor supply that has doggy washroom. We only had to wait for one more dog. It was $10 per dog no time limit free supplies and towels and everything I forgot to bring the boys their leashes so I bought a cute leash there, but it was another couple that was washing their dog. Such fun. the staff Was friendly and knowledgeable. So for the price of how much we paid and what we used it was well worth it. read more

The best thing about this Gosh forsaken place is an attendant named Kevin. Kevin was an extreme help to me when he seen me in the parking lot, struggling. He Asked if I needed help. at first I told him no but I quickly relented & changed my mind. He asked me about half an hour earlier and the parking lot and I declined . I've got issues with accepting and asking for help . Everyone of these people of these people in the store were extremely mean. They bordered on being rude. The employees Zach decided to tell me that they closed the propane early so that way they could catch up on closing duties inside, even though the store was not even closed yet. This is the first time I've ever been turned away when the stores open. Very ridiculous when many other people have jobs and depend on the propane for heat at night. Normally I love this store as the employees are some of the NICEST people I have ever met. Today that changed when I was checking out. An employee walked in from outside as I was checking out, walked up to me, and said, "Can I warm up my hands around your neck?". 3rd Time is NOT a charm. I've been to this store 3 times in the last 6 months. On each occasion, the staff was completely useless. Today's visit was the very last time. I asked a staff member where I could find an item. She had never heard of it but pointed me in a direction. Not even close. I asked another staff member. He had never heard of it either. When I finally found it and took it to the cashier, they charged me $5 more than what the price in the shelf stated (and I verified the price before I took it to the cashier). No effort made to solve it. Just an "it's coming up at this price". I paid it because I was getting angry and knew that if I pushed the point it was going to de-escalate into a stupid argument. I called the store asking for a specific product. I even gave the sku number. The manager said they had the product in so i drove all the way to rocklin from south Sacramento just to find out the manager (chris) never even checked if they had the product. They assumed they did, as the store clerk checked the system when I was there and said it show 0 on in the system for the sku number I originally provided. I asked to speak to that manager was on lunch. I called a hour later and was still on lunch. The manager is a lazy person and has no reason to run a store if he can't verify what's in fact in-stock or who can't even talk to someone if a mistake was made. He claimed he was at lunch for 2 hours. Eaither he tucked his tail or is stealing hours and really is gone for 2 hours on lunch. I left my name and number and the manager never called back read more

Went here for BBQ pellets. It's not that they had extremely limited supply, specifically Bear Mountain, it was the customer service that was deserving of a 1 star. If a customer asks if you have something in stock and you don't, you then follow up with something like "let me look into it" or "maybe there's another option." You know, customer service basics. All I got was a head nod when I said excuse me to get attention and when I asked my question all I got was a "No." I used to go to this place when I lived in Oklahoma in the Air Force and this company hasn't changed one bit with some of the people they hire and "train." Why do we even have this place in Rocklin by the way? We should have put a Starbucks there instead. read more
