Mind you, this fumigation was set up by my landlord and the owner of the house I am renting. Our fumigation was set for Wednesday 10/09 (yes very recently). Our landlord had given us ample notice to vacate for the day/night. We followed the instructions to the T. However, we didn't get a follow up call from the fumigation company letting us know when it was ok to return to our house. My husband and I stopped by our house on Thursday 10/10 at about 12:30pm, the tent was already removed but there was caution tape and a sign clipped to our front door with a phone number for a guy named Justin. I called Justin three times and my husband called him twice leaving him a message once. We called their main office and the lady who answered the phone was not helpful at all. Finally at 3:45pm we decided to give Justin a call and again no answer, called their main office and the lady told us in a very rude tone, "Oh the guy said it's safe for you guys to return." WTF?!?! This is by far the worst service. My suggestion... go with another company who is willing to return calls or answer their damn phones not leave you in the dark wondering when you can reenter your house. read more

Had our house tented immediately after purchase 10 years ago. Saw some signs of activity (frass) after tenting and called their offices. Justin came out and looked at what we were seeing and determined it was old damage, but treated anyway which made us feel better. Fast forward 10 years to our second tenting by Justice. We saw termite activity in some new doors we had installed. Justin was out within a few days with a bid and tented within 90 days. We have been very pleased with the service by the owner and staff during the process and have recommended to friends and neighbors locally. read more

We had our house fumigated in September 2018 prior to moving in. Now it's July 2024 and we've already had to replace window frames door frames part of the beans in our ceiling. We have had we had called them originally a few times to come out they mostly spot treated or said it was ants and didn't do anything even when they did come out it took a few times for us to call before they even showed up, it seems like Fumigation didn't take so much damage six years after Fumigation I none of this damage was there prior to the house getting fumigated most of it came within the last two or three years. It seems like that's a lot of damage for having your house fumigated less than six years ago. read more

I called Justice Fumigation for a bid, had their estimator out here within about a week, and was able to choose my date for about 6-8 weeks ahead! Their bid was significantly lower than other, bigger, companies and the time frame also much better. I arranged to meet Shirley, the office manager, at a time convenient for me, to make a deposit. She was prompt and polite, and provided me with printed material to guide me in preparation. Unfortunately, there was a glitch with large rocks that would make sealing the tarps to the ground ineffective so I had to reschedule about 3 weeks into the future. Justice came to my house, apologized profusely, and showed me exactly what needed to be done. He said he would have his crew take care of it at their expense.! He was very kind, offered to help if I needed anything carried or bagged. As an older person with some mobility issues, I certainly appreciated that! Being a bit nervous about the timing, I'm sure I made a pest of myself, checking in with Shirley more than necessary, but she patiently assured me that he hadn't forgotten me. ( fair to say that my cell phone service isn't always dependable, so there was a fair amount of phone tag). Well, he kept his word far enough ahead of time that I didn't need to worry. The crew showed up the morning of the " Big Day" right on time. I was camped out in my workshop with my cat, and Justice walked over to make sure I was ok, the cat was contained, and let me know when they would be done and what to expect. The next day, about 23-24 hours later, the tarps came down and the guys left without leaving any mess. Justice said it should be clear late afternoon, but since I had already planned to stay out an extra nite, he made sure that the cat couldn't gain any early entry, turned my propane back on for me, and set up a time for me , again, at my convenience, to meet Shirley to pay the balance. Im very happy with the efficiency with which the job was done, and most appreciative of the patience and kindness with which I was treated every step of the way. Their treatment did not work and was a total waste of money. They do not honor their warranty, and you have to call 25 times in the hope of someone answering the phone. They do not respond to voice messages and they repeatedly did not show up to scheduled appointments. They made no effort to fix the problem and their warranty means nothing. read more

I did not pick Justice Fumigation to tent my house, the realtor did when we were moving in. They tented our house and within 6-10 months we were having termite issues again. Not knowing that there was a 4 year warranty on the treatment, I unsuccessfully attempted to treat the termites myself for over a year. When I found out that there was a warranty I called and spoke to Shirley and emailed multiple times. I was continually told to be patient because they are busy. Eventually one time when I called Shirley set a date to have Justin come out and look, he didn't show up. I called Shirley and she set a second date which he did show up for. He looked at the termites and said that he would need to fumigate to treat them. He told me that Shirley would be in touch. I have sent numerous emails and called numerous times and have been dealing with this for a year now. I think their strategy is to wait me out until the warranty is up.... Well I finally scheduled to have the house retented with another company. My advice is to save yourself time, money, and headaches and go with a reputable company. Check the reviews before you decide on a company.... If I had I would have seen that this is common practice for the folks at Justice Fumigation and I would have gone with a reputable company from the beginning. We saw evidence of Termites within months of the tenting and have been trying for months to get them to respond to our phone calls to schedule someone to come out and take a look. Most messages are never returned and twice we have been told someone would call when they are going to be available in Kona to come by the house and then of course they never called. read more

I would give zero stars if it allowed me. We've never had to fumigate a house before so we had no idea everything that goes into it. You're supposed to take all perishable foods and medicines out or double bag them in special bags but we didn't know that since we weren't called and given instructions the week before our fumigation like Justice said they would. The owner of the company, Justin, walked through our house and opened all the cabinets and fridge the morning of and didn't blink an eye at the $1700 worth of food sitting around. He didn't mention a word to my wife who hadn't slept because she worked the night before and was wrestling to get 2 dogs out of the house along with an overnight bag and some food for our meals the next 2 days. The nylofume bags that Justice was supposed to provide were put into our street mailbox that we only check every couple weeks. No one from Justice ever told us they had dropped them off there and I discovered them 3 days later, at which point we had already been eating our contaminated food. When I spoke with Justin, he was very cordial at first and said he would "make things right," even coming over to our house to go through what was safe to eat or not and start making a list of food he would reimburse us for. He eventually started blowing us off when we asked when they would be repaying us, and after months went by he referred us to his insurance company and said he would not be repaying us, but it would be coming from them. After not hearing from them for multiple weeks, we called and texted Justin again, and all he said was that it was "out of his hands" and to follow up with his insurance company. Justin has completely cut us off and now won't repay us at all, and his insurance company is denying the claim and won't be paying anyone. Now I understand that forms were signed (by a real estate agent, not my wife nor I) stating to remove food items, and that LEGALLY Justice fumigation will never have to pay us, but considering the lack of communication that Justice Fumigation showed before and after the process, and how unprofessionally they acted, It is highly disappointing that Justin is snubbing a customer that will now try his hardest to keep people from using his company to complete fumigations. read more

If I could leave a zero star review, this would be it. We purchased a property in late 202 and Justice came out in Dec to tent the property. They had the tent on and off in less than 12 hours for a structure nearly 3000sf! Nearly a month later, we found a live termite infestation in the kitchen cabinets so we caught some of them and literally had to gut the kitchen! We called Justice and Justin (owner) came out a few days later after many many calls to get him to do so. When he came out I was relieved because he acknowledged the infestation and said they would schedule a sentencin retent under the warranty in March it April. Well, it's late April and we've tried several times via email, text and phone call to get this scheduled to no avail. Shirley stated the same thing every time, "I'll need to check with Justin and get back to you" but she never did. Finally we gave them a deadline to get back to us and she finally responded saying that they would need to reinspect because Justin had no recollection of his inspection in January!!! I am livid!! We obviously thoroughly cleaned up, discarded all termite eaten wood, and gutted everywhere we saw evidence of termites to avoid further degradation! So shame one locally owned company would treat people like this! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!! read more

Did not have positive experience with Justice Fumigation. They did not show up on the designated day and did not let my realtor know about the change until he had to call them. Another person told me that their product did not work well. They did not commit to their guarantee on their services as bugs appeared soon after the fumigation. Beware!! read more

They got a service request on Thursday, went out on Friday for measurements and putting together a quote, following We'd they did fumigation. We could move in to a new home just in time our short term rental runs out thanks to their fast service. Really appreciate working hard despite holiday season. read more

Well, i have been trying to get ahold of this company for about a month now regarding a job they did at a property i am managing a year ago, and likely knowing that if they push it past july they will be outside of their one-year guarantee, they have been ignoring my calls and messages since the first couple of times i contacted them. In the begining, they said their dude was not on island. Then dude came back, they said he went by the property as said noone was home. Spoke to the tenants and learned four people were home at said time, maybe dude doesnt like to go up to doors and knock or alert them of his presence? Or, he could have called me, the contact point, to check in before taking off? Auspicious that they have not returned a single call or message i have left since, and hard not to believe they are ignoring the calls to avoid having to hold up a warranty. Not recommending them to anyone and finding a new company to take care of properties i manage from here on out. read more

i wish i could add to the positive reviews, but these people failed me miserably due to lack of communication and excuses about why they did not fulfill their contractual obligations. i never got to the tenting stage, as they told me i had to use special bags (which they would drop off within 1 week of my appt) for all food items. i planned the fumigation to occur when i was on the mainland. i had everything on my end arranged. Justice Fumigation never communicated with me and failed to drop off the bags within 1 week. after numerous calls and promises, i sit today, 1 day before my trip (and 4 days before the scheduled job) with no bags, and a bucketload of excuses and apologies, which count for nothing. and now i have to go thru the whole process again, and probably have ot pay for a hotel when the next company does the job. read more
