Problem is they have too many hands in the cookie jar. The lady helping him is always doing a few things so is not making note of what is discussed so best to email her and even then after texts, emails and so many missed important marks called me to swear and yell at me and unfortunately didn't end well for him as he lost work for me and he would have had more work too.
