This guys is awesome! Extremely professional, honest, knowledgeable, straightforward, and dedicated. We met with Justin for an hour before putting our house on the market. He came prepared with several comparables and explained in simple, straightforward terms what our house should sell for. He also toured our home and gave recommendations on what needed to be done for it to show well and sell for asking price. After spending a week getting our home ready, we went out of state for a week while Justin showed our home. It sold in 2 days! When we returned, our next-door neighbors said there was a line out the door and down the street of people waiting to get in to see our home. This wasn't a fluke.
