Justin was very unprofessional from the start. The builder offered $5k towards our closing cost to use Justin and CMG. I choose to get two other quotes just to confirm that i was getting the best deal and the credit. He called it shopping and was not happy that i was doing this. Well I had two quotes that had a lower interest rate and LOWER CLOSING COST early on. I told Justin this and told him i needed his best # on the 10th which i finally got on the 15th. He asked me several times to send him the quotes , i said no several times. I don't do business that way please give me your best # and then we will talk beings he is the preferred lender on the builder . He did give me my quote and Triumph lending had it to me on the 10th and was Line for line cheaper on closing cost at the same interest rate and I wasn't escrowing with them which is .05 adder. So I told Justin this again and he wanted to see their quote which i did send to the builder so they could tell him i wasn't bluffing. I also asked him several times where the $5K was that the builder was giving us for closing cost I got multiple stories but never an answer. There was a line item on the quote with it but his closing cost where $600.00 hirer then Triumph, He did say he would help me with re-investment strategies, tax strategies and manage our indebtedness of a mortgage. I said i don't want that service and I own several houses.My wife is also wealth management advisor and, I just want the $5K. Bottom line the $5k in my opinion was misrepresented and going somewhere but not to us. So we choose to go with Triumph Lending because of their honesty up front from day one and better pricing. Please home buyers don't fall for this scam or anything that seems too good to be true because it probably is. Always check your options there are plenty of lenders out their to choose from! read more

His rates were better than the competition, and he was always happy to answer any questions that we had.
