I sent a text to the office looking for help with a toilet problem. I quickly received a response from the office manager saying she would contact "the guys" and they would get back to me shortly. 24 hours later - nothing.... I texted again and received a response three hours later saying that they had not forgotten me, but an emergency came up and they would understand if I wanted to call someone else. The office manager suggested I call Travis directly- maybe that would help. I responded that we would still like to get the job done, please give me an idea when they could come out. No response. I then called Travis and left a message with the same request. 24 hours later I finally received a call back. By then we had set up an appointment (very easily) with another plumber. If a company can't get back to me in a reasonable time, even just to tell me that they are busy, I don't think I want them working on my house.... read more

I was getting several estimates for installing a water filtration system I had purchased. Tavis gave me an estimate that was less than half of another plumbing company! His partner came out on time, very professional and courteous. After the work was done, I noticed water on the floor of the garage. I called them about it, and he was over in less than 10 minutes. Sunday night my water heater died and water was coming over the top of the door jam. Monday morning I called around and couldn't find a plumber that would come out the same day until I called Paradise Plumbing. I took a picture of the water heater and sent that to Paradise . He came within 2 hours and did a terrific job. He showed me some of the mistakes that were made when the water heater was moved during a remodel and also found a gas leak that he showed me . EXCELLENT service! I have used them twice -- the first time was for a backed up kitchen sink. They came out on a Saturday (most plumbers I called do not even work on Saturdays!) -- did not charge me any extra! Cleaned out my drain -- which turned out to be quite extensive. Explained how I can keep it from backing up again. Very friendly and professional -- followed COVID guidelines and wore a mask. The second time was for a leaking outside faucet -- he fit me in-between appointments. Again, very prompt and efficient. HIGHLY recommend! read more

Called Tavis early yesterday morning about our dishwasher that did not turn on. He said he had a job nearby and would drop in as soon as he was done.
