I don't need foot rubs, TV's, and aromatherapy to convince me that there is something other than a teeth cleaning going on, and that's the way it should be. My daughter loves going there too because Kimmy, Terry and Dr. Stern are very friendly and make the experience an enjoyable one that isn't masked by video games and toys. Appointments are routinely changed, communication is disorganized, and no one seems to know what anyone else is doing. One appointment that I believed was a routine cleaning somehow turned into a 2 1/2-hour ordeal with no advance explanation. On another occasion, I was prescribed medication that should have been started before my procedure, but the prescription wasn't called in. The event that finally destroyed my confidence happened when I went in to have a chipped tooth repaired. Instead of fixing the damaged tooth, they worked on the one next to it and ended up cracking the base of the original chipped tooth. When the anesthetic wore off, the pain became so severe that I ended up in the emergency room. The result was thousands of dollars in additional treatment that never should have happened. The administrative side has been just as bad. They billed me directly for services but never submitted the claim to my insurance, leaving me to sort out a mess that should have been handled by their office. After waiting weeks for permanent crowns, I took time off work for the installation appointment. While I was driving there, the office called to say they had an emergency patient and couldn't see me. They sent me to another office later that afternoon, requiring me to take even more time off work. When I arrived, the COO apologized and informed me there had been no emergency at all. The dentist at the original office had simply decided not to complete my appointment. Being told one thing by the scheduling staff and something entirely different by management was the final straw. I canceled every remaining appointment that day. The irony? A week later, the same office that mishandled my care, my insurance, and my time called to remind me about a cleaning appointment they apparently forgot I had already canceled. Everyone understands that emergencies happen. Mistakes can happen too. What is much harder to accept is repeated poor communication, questionable scheduling practices, billing errors, and a pattern of wasting patients' time while expecting them to simply accept it. I cannot recommend this practice to anyone looking for reliable, organized, or trustworthy dental care. Honestly I think the one star rating is gracious...

It has been very difficult finding a dentist that would help me get this fixed so I can smile again. I went to Love Lee Dental about a year ago and I was told that I needed implants, which costs $20,000. I dont have $20,000, who does right. Then Dr Lee told me that if I got a root canal on #9 and #6 pulled, they would help me. I acquired a second policy that will pay for a cosmetic bridge in full. I also have a second policy that will pay $3,000 a year. Dr Lee also told me I need to get crowns where molars used to be. So I got #9 and #6 done the way they said I needed to in order for them to help me. So I was planning on getting Dr Lee to do the crowns on the bottom in preparation for getting the bridge done in 2026. I was very excited because I saw a light at the end of the tunnel. However when I called today, I was told that they weren't going to help me like they have said they would for more than a year. I explained that I only needed Dr Lee to do the crowns on the bottom of my mouth. So I was put on hold and when the customer service representative came back on the phone she then said that they do not accept my insurance. This is a flat out LIE. I just got a list of dentists in network and Love Lee Dental is on that list. This is an irrefutable fact. I was devastated because I trusted that once I got # 9 and #6 taken care of they Dr Lee would help me begin to end my long nightmare that has greatly affected my confidence and even my ability to talk with clients on a day to day basis because I was so self conscious. So now I have to talk to who knows how many dentists to find one that will help me like Dr Lee said she would for more than a year. So I'll now lose the help that I would have recieved from my insurance for 2025. My insurance would have paid for every dime of the procedures that I need. I just need a couple of crowns done and not only will they not do what they said they would but they LIED to me and said they dont take my insurance. UNETHICAL and WRONG IN EVERY WAY. This is what I want more than anything but when I'm ready to get it done. They kick me to the curb while also lying by saying they are not in my network. Instead he tried to sell me braces and shoved products on me I didn't want or need. I decided to go back to Dr. Lee as I've seen him before when I lived closer. This man is awesome. His team squeezed me in during a busy day and Dr. Lee evaluated my tooth and fixed it within 20 min. There was no pain during the procedure or after. All I paid was my co-pay which was less than $40. I highly recommend Dr. Lee and his team. They know what they are doing.

Here is what happened: I needed to see a dentist as we recently moved to the area, so I called and spoke with someone in the office and specifically asked if Dr. Lemons was a preferred in-network dentist on my dental plan (As I knew that they would only cover the costs of the cleanings if he was). I was told that he was a preferred in-network provider by the lady who answered the phone that day, so I scheduled the cleaning. The cleaning itself went normally and it was determined that I needed to get a filling, so we scheduled another appointment. At the beginning of the next appointment, I met with the office clerk and she provided a statement of what the billing would look like with my insurance coverage and recommended that I pay the portion ahead of time (about $50) and that my insurance would cover the rest. I paid the $50 and got the filling and went home. I then started receiving bills from the office and just figured it was because the insurance was taking a while to pay them because I do not have to pay for preventative care on this plan and already paid the deductible for the filling. Dr. Lemons office then called me a few months later and said that I needed to pay the bill, at which time I explained my situation and how my insurance was supposed to cover the rest. The lady who called me told me that Dr. Lemons was not a preferred in-network provider and that is why my insurance didn't cover the costs as was expected. I explained to her that I would not have gone to see Dr. Lemons had I known he wasn't in-network and that is why I specifically asked before scheduling the appointment. She told me that I still needed to pay that I should've checked myself with my insurance company. I told her that I did check when I asked their employee was told he was and I, as a consumer should be able to trust what his employee said. She would still not budge on the matter so I told her that I would like the manager to call me. The manager called and I explained my situation and she said she would talk to Dr. Lemons and get back to me. Today she called and told me that Dr. Lemons said I still needed to pay the amount owed regardless of what his employee had told me. I promptly paid the bill and now will be posting my experience on all social media platforms to warn my fellow consumers to not trust what his office says about him being an in-network provider on your insurance plan and that you should check for yourself. I have canceled all of my future appointments and will switch to a dental practice that will honor what their employees tell their clients.
