So I accidentally inserted the charger for my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 (Model 3: GT-P5210) the wrong way and when I pulled it out, a small piece of hardware from inside the tablet came out attached to the charger! I was horrified. I started looking up places on Yelp that could fix my tablet, and I found out you can request quotes from a bunch of phone repair places nearby. I requested a quote from about 10 different places and Justin was one of the first to respond and he offered the lowest price. To fix my tablet's charging port it was $60 all together, with parts & labor plus a one year warranty. Not a bad deal at all. I talked to him through Yelp messenger and set up a time to drop off my tablet. Since I am usually working during his business hours, I was able to drop off my tablet outside of his business hours. He has a drop box that goes directly into his office (a mail slot). I dropped my tablet off on Friday night (April 29th) and a month later it was ready. I picked it up on June 2nd in the morning. The guy who I dealt with in the office was incredibly friendly, he was the one who gave me my fixed tablet and I paid him. I was able to plug in my tablet right then and there to check to see if it worked, it did, and a little over two weeks later it is still working great. The only downside was how long it took to repair my tablet, it took a little over a month for it to be fixed. And that was because he had to order the parts and the first part that he got did not work properly so he had to order another one. This boy completely screwed me over. After going to him to get my iPhone 6 screen repaired (that he took OVERNIGHT), there was two lines left in my phone which I showed when I got my phone returned. He told me they were a result of the lcd screen being changed and they would "burn out" in a day or so. They never did. 4 days later my screen had been completely lifted up! I could literally see the inside of my phone. I had to use tape to push it down so it wouldn't snag on anything. I contacted him 10 times within a week via phone call, text and even FB message. He finally got back to me and told me he would repair his mistake. After his lack professionalism I didn't want him to take my phone for another entire night and opted for a refund. He stated he would give me a refund and NEVER did. After getting my phone repaired at an ACTUAL shop it was found he NEVER SCREWED THE SCREEN IN AT ALL! He simply used ONLY glue and left 10 SCREWS OUT!! I am warning everyone DO NOT USE JUSTIN TO REPAIR YOUR PHONE. You get what you pay for. I went to MD Wireless on Contra Costa Blvd to fix his mistake and found their professionalism superior and my phone was fixed within 30 minutes flat. read more

I am very disappointed in the customer service I received. He changed my appointment three times in one day. We finally agreed to meet the next day and I never heard from him. I tried reaching out the following day and never heard back. Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone. After telling me you wanted a Saturday appointment and you would meet me at my work and "whatever works best for me" you're saying you don't work on weekends? I came in, and Justin wasn't in. I dropped off my iPod with his dads gf because Justin wasn't there at all and also gave him a call at his office shop. Telling me he'll get back to me ASAP and he'll see what he can do for me. I've managed to call and text and I've gotten nothing back. This fellow fixed my phone a month ago but ever since it's been doing crazy things like typing in letters by itself, calling people by itself,etc. call this fellow twice and so far he's ignored me. All I know is that my screen and phone were beyond messed up. I give this guy a call picks up right away and sets me up with a appointment same day. Had my phone fixed pretty Damn fast. Just got my iPad mini back after cracking the screen. Justin did a great job and only took a hour and half.

So disappointing, Got my screen replaced about 6 months ago and have had problems ever since. Screen was lifting and now LCD is out. I took to multiple different companies after and everyone said that he used the cheapest after market screen and charged me $180. Now I can not get a hold of them and I am stuck paying $200 for a new screen with a LEGIT company.. Bottom line done waste your time. Product is cheap and you will end up spending more time & money trying to fix. read more

Dude does shoddy work or uses shoddy parts. Had that guy put new digitizer and lcd on my s4. And while it seemed like it was fixed. As soon as pressure was added to the screen. Like trying to put a case back on it. The screen went out. Not sure if it was due to the parts used or improperly done. I would have given him a chance to fix his work after I realized that but when I went to pay him earlier (which consisted of swiping a credit card on a reader on his note) i ended up being charged triple+ the agreed amt. Which meant that it charged 180. Then day or so later it was a couple more 180s tacked on. In all honesty. It was a headache. read more
