My unit was broken into not even a week after having my things moved in. I had bought renters insurance in case of something like this. All that was missing was a computer chair. Even with insurance I was only going to get $40 for my chair. Thankfully, it was found in another unit undamaged. I get a call this morning, it's been broken into again. How hard is it to at least get a camera and connect it to a computer to monitor the place?? You can go to just about any where and get a camera and hook it up to your computer for cheap. The people who work there are friendly enough, but two break ins in less than six weeks is not acceptable!!

Its because they like to add unit insurance @ $15 a unit while your not paying attention, usually when the raise the rent. Called and asked for copies of invoices. "They said sure will send by email" Still waiting. As I have rented since 2019 have history with old owners (GOOD) and new NOT SO GOOD. Not to mention other billing mistakes.
