I've been here before and it was great. But this last time I went, I had a new lady and she just did not do very good. There are streaks and indents on my nails when you look closely. They are very polite so there's a star for that but the man that did my nails was in such a rush he left them completely uneven & certain nails were completely different shapes. They just kept telling the girls after me it would only be another15 minutes but I still had a lot more to go. These girls were promised a spot in 30 minutes, left to get a coffee & when they returned in the promised time they gave their spot to another lady & continued to rush the man working on my nails. I have been to the nail salon a handful of times and they have always done an amazing job, but I went recently and I could not be more disappointed. The man that did my nails did not listen to me at all. I asked for a very simple design with three colors and he said it would be too hard so I could only do two. After the acrylic was done, I reached for my phone to show him the picture again and he wouldn't let me, saying he remembered. I corrected him nicely while he was doing it and he said no, and continued to do his own thing and quickly ushered me out when he was done. For $55 I could have done it better myself. read more

When I walked in immediately I was greeted then bombarded with quickly asked questions about what type of nail I wanted-told to wash my hands and I was seated at my table and a guy came up to me gave me the color swatches and told me to pick..I felt rushed and just uncomfortable at this point because he's sitting there just staring at me like I'm wasting his time. I'm spending my money in your establishment-you should not rush me or treat me like I'm wasting your time! I felt so uncomfortable that I made up a lie that my daughter had to go to work and I had to go. As others have said, if you aren't a regular you will NOT be treated the same. My friend was getting a pedicure and wasn't offered a drink or anything until she was almost done, while a regular came in and was offered it right away. The guy doing my acrylics seemed really annoyed to be doing my nails. He barely looked at my reference picture and was really annoyed when asking for them shorter or to see the colors. When asking to see the color swatches, on a key ring, he tossed them on the table and didn't bother helping me flip through them, I had wet nails...I ended up with the wrong color because of it. The drills he used were dirty from previous use when used on me and were way too fast. My nails are very damaged and it burned when he was doing it, it also nicked my skin and I started bleeding. One of the nails literally popped off not even an hour after leaving and there is visible bruising underneath. I even told him my nails are really small so not too overdo it in drilling/the thickness of acyclic and he just waved me off. The only part worthy of a star is that the nails did look okay, they're just thick and kinda hurt and I know my nails are so damaged under them. read more

I went in on Sunday and ended up being there after closing and Vin was with me still, he didn't make me feel rushed and was very kind and talked to me the whole time! I had gotten a full set and a pedicure, when I had gotten home I had a nail come off as of it were a press on! It took me 3 days to get in due to living a bit of a distance away, by the time I got in I only had one nail on my left hand and 2 on my right, I called and talked to someone and they had me come in right away and they fixed it! The work is beautiful!! However the lady who did my nails the second time upset me a bit due to being on tiktok live the whole time and texting while doing my nails. But again it's beautiful work and they are very friendly! I really enjoyed vin he was very kind!
