She constantly checked in about pressure and temperature, making sure we were comfortable the entire time. From cleansing and steam, to extractions, aloe mask massage, gua sha lymphatic drainage, warm towels, antioxidant and growth factor serums, lip balm, and sunscreen every step felt luxurious and deeply relaxing. For Galentine's, they even added cooling under-eye masks at no extra cost, which felt like an energy drink for the eyes and helped with puffiness. Not sure if it was a bug on their website but the issue was resolved within seconds! Before the facial, I had to fill up some paperwork which took maybe 5 minutes. The actual facial was wonderful. It was completely painless, and Warda made sure I was comfortable throughout. We chatted the entire time, and I laughed most of it! I was very comfortable and knew I was in good hands during the entire procedure! After the facial, my skin felt so refreshed and hydrated! I was glowing! I was able to book my first microneedling and chemical peel appointment through Instagram and pay the booking deposit via Venmo. Booking was easy and I was able to receive confirmation and reminder emails and texts. My esthetician was MG, who is also the owner. She was extremely personable and fun to talk to; we shared many stories and made me feel extremely comfortable. The room where I had my procedure was also dark and had relaxing background music. The microneedling required having numbing cream on your face for about 20 minutes. MG removed my make-up and face products for me and I was able to use my phone while we let the numbing cream settle in. Once we got to the microneedling, she showed me that she was using a brand new needle and started the process. The pain was quite tolerable and the whole process of going all over my face took at least 30 minutes. She also went over my problem areas and continuously checked up on my pain tolerance. The most painful part, for me, was near my hairline, which she did avoid after I let her know. After the microneedling session, she then cleaned off the blood from my face. She then applied two layers of the peel (about 5 minutes between each application). Boy did that burn, but thankfully she gave me a handheld fan to hold in front of my face which is provided the most needed relief in that moment. After the last layer was applied, she then layered on several products to soothe and moisturize my face. I will continue to come back for future sessions. What I like about this business are their hours. If you were to get a microneedling and chemical peel done, expect to look extremely pink the following day and expect peeling to start on the third day. First, false claims: I had bought a special from them that included "emsculpt", other body treatments, along with 3 months of semaglutide and B12 shots. During consult I asked if their EMS stimulation machine was actually from the brand EmSculpt or EmSculpt Neo in which she stated it was not but stated something along the lines of, "It is not the same machine but it does the same thing." failing to mention the part that the intensity of the machine is only a faction of Emsculpt and thus results are not the same. Misleading information. Second, lack of communication: Initially when you inquire about their services, communication was great! They would get back to you within minutes to an hour or two at most. AFTER you have paid and start services is a COMPLETELY different story. When you try to call the number to the business no one ever answers. You always have to leave a voicemail in which no one ever calls back. Within my combined attempts to get refills (1st & 2nd refills) I have called this place at least a handful of times and never do I get a call back. When I've tried messaging them on IG, and texting the number provided, it takes them over a WEEK to get back to you IF they even do at all. The last time I have tried to reach out for a refill was Nov. 22. It has now been a week and still no communication. Needless to say, I will not be returning after I finish my pre-paid services.
