A couple of years ago, I had JV Painting paint the exterior of my home and was delighted with their work in all regards. When it was time to sell the house this summer, I immediately went to JV to paint the interior. Javier and his team did a fantastic job again! Taking a walk one day, hubby and I discussing the in's and out's of finding a painter. At that moment a JV Painting van pulled up and parked in front of a neighborhood house. I introduced myself and met Javier. We talked asked about his company and had a very good conversation. Though I am one to do a lot of research in picking a company, something made me ask for an estimate and off we went. JV Painting just finished painting our house, exterior and interior, and we are very happy we met Javier that day. What a great job they've done. Javier and his crew are hard workers. Javier and his crew were on time, excellent at what they did, and always cleaned up after themselves. Javier and his crew were thoughtful of our needs during the time they were here. I am not good at picking colors and when I asked specific questions Javier gave me excellent suggestions. I am very grateful for his in-put. We had not painted in over fifteen years. There was some dry rot, holes to fill, a small area with water damage and miscellaneous other repairs. JV Painting did a great job with those repairs. JV Painting did not throw on a coat of paint and be done with it, my walls were thirsty and Javier made sure the walls got the primer and the number of coats they needed. They used what was needed to protect the wood, I think it's silicone or some kind of caulking to keep water out and other things of that nature. JV Painting did a very thorough job ! The cost to paint the entire house was fair and reasonable. Very reasonably priced, they painted our vanities and even a few cabinets, beautifully. With an immune deficient son, it was important that all COVID protocol was followed. Even now, when mask mandates have been lifted, Javier and his crew had to change their routine, wear masks on very hot days and never did they drop protocol. I know it was inconvenient for them but they were highly cooperative and never ever said a negative word. I loved the flexibility around our needs. My home, inside and out,is beautiful! javier, donello, and roberto painted my house last week. they were clean, punctual and very skilled. the prep was super duper. attention to detail was outstanding. javier helped us with color selection. oh, and by the way, they did little extras we hadn't even bargained for. they ordered an outhouse for their use and i thought that was pretty classy. We had a little trouble with an aged garage door. Javier hooked us up with a good local guy who took care of the door. Javier repaired some minor dry rot and there was one other spot that required a bit more. He had a great guy do that work for us. everything was so well done. When I got my house back from tenant to sell it, the walls has crayon drawings all over the place and was very dirty, as they had 3 kids and lived there for 7+ years. We were on a tight schedule because it was almost the rainy season, and we had found that the woods were in very bad condition since it had not been repainted for a long time.
