10/10 would come back again! I was initially quoted almost $1400 for 3 window repairs (without tints) at another place. After asking around, I came across Low Price and they quoted me less than half the price of that price with tints included!! I was a bit skeptical at first because how could the price difference be that big? But I ended up taking both cars here to get the replacements and they finished each car in an hour and 30 minutes. The tints even have lifetime warranty! The windows themselves have 30 day warranty in case something was wrong with the installation but so far I've had no issues. They were the least expensive option, but it did include a new windshield, the labor required for proper installation, and most importantly, the calibration with the Subaru Eyesight system. Although they quoted 2 hours for the job, they were quite busy, and having had the windshield replaced a few years ago, I suspected it would be closer to 3 hours, which is what it took. I got a chip on my Audi A4's windshield that eventually grew into a large crack, so it's time for a replacement. When I reported it to GEICO, they referred me to Safelite, which would have cost me nearly $1000, just under my deductible. I decided to try out Low Price Auto Glass instead and got a quote for $520, which covers both the windshield and calibration. I'd recommend calling in for the fastest response, but they're also pretty responsive through their website's chat. While the setup of this place looks a little sus, for lack of a better word, the staff and service were great. Since they were in the process of getting an Audi calibration machine, I had to get my windshield replaced first and calibrated the week after. Both jobs took about two hours, and they stated clearly on their signage that each job would take at least 1.5 hours, so it's pretty accurate. My windshield is now holding up one week later, and we're all set. They offer a lifetime warranty on labor, so the next time I get a crack, I'll be coming back. Great customer service, an air-conditioned waiting room, and a quick turnaround. 5/5 all around. Tip for first-time windshield-repair folks: if your chip starts to spread into a crack, just get it replaced. Chip repair always carries a risk of cracking, and it won't get rid of the appearance; it just delays the inevitable. read more

Several years ago, I brought my 2010 BMW M3 here to get my driver side window replaced. Safe to say, I never came back because they did a very shoddy job-- they replaced the window but overtightened it and broke it all over again. Gina (who worked here at the time) asked me to leave my very expensive sports car here overnight so they could get it done in the morning and I declined. I came back after three days to get it squared away because they didn't have any other glass replacements until three days after which was ridiculous. I didn't even get any discount during then. However, I decided to take a gander and come back because my brother just got his window and windshield replaced and he had recommended that there was new employment here now so please ask for Cindy when you come here. She's superb with her service and if you speak Vietnamese, even better. She will go to bat for you and help you out with pricing. I brought my 2016.5 Model S here to get my windshield replaced due to an unsecured trash truck dropping a rock (damn near a boulder) onto my glass; I originally contacted Tesla to get a quote for it and they said $2000 with labor. Last Tuesday I heard a loud crack on my windshield while driving behind a truck on my way to SF. I started to see two lines forming in the center of my Windshield. On Wednesday, I started seeing the lines growing longer so I got very worried since I had to go back to SF on Friday. I contacted several shops on Yelp Thursday morning. The front desk claimed they could not "repair" but could only "replace" my glass with one from their "warehouse." I was not given the opportunity to inspect the glass before installation. They failed to disclose significant differences, in violation of Automotive and Consumer Protection standards. I was knowingly misled into purchasing a substandard "replacement" far below the quality of my original. The glass installed leaks, does not fit correctly, and lacks the glare and heat reduction my OEM windshield provided. I raised these issues within 24 hours. Their only response was to demand over four times the original charge for an OEM replacement, refusing any refund. They even attempted to upcharge me for features my original windshield already had. This was a deceptive, unethical, and unacceptable business practice. Horrible experience. Will never return. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

Best price after calling around a bunch of places. $275 for my 2016 bmw 435i, included rain sensors with no lane assist or heads up display. Other places were more expensive by $100 or more. Also, this place said I could come as soon as I wanted, no wait time and only 1.5 hours to complete the job even though they were fairly busy with cars in the shop and about 3 people in the waiting room. Safelite wanted me to wait 6 days with a shattered windshield. Besides the very low price and non existent wait time, the receptionist was a very nice lady and my windshield, as promised, was done within an hour and a half. My rear view mirror had came detached from the mount and a plastic piece fell off and they even put that back in place which wasn't even required in the job, they could've just put the mount on the new windshield and left my rear view mirror sitting sadly in my passenger seat, just shows they went above and beyond. I wouldn't go anywhere else for broken glass and I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. There was some glass shards left in the interior of my car from them removing the shattered windshield but that really isn't my concern, just a quick vaccum when I got home. After having my windshield smashed by some metal bar flying out of the back of a pickup truck on the freeway, I'm grateful to have found this place that made the recovery process fast, stress-free, and inexpensive. I can only complain about bay area roads so much during the rain season. Terrible roads means cracked windshield. Newer generation of cars have newer tech that needed calibrations after a windshield replacement. I was able to save a few hundred dollars using LPAGs service. 3rd part glass is just okay. there is some warping so you can see the imperfections. Still a five star rating for price point. read more

Got my original windshield replaced here last month and a month later I notice a huge crack in my windshield. My original windshield withstood rocks hitting it all the time and it never showed any signs of wear for 12 years. The quality of glass here is absolutely trash and despite you being a customer just a month ago they don't have any form of warranty for you. You'd have to replace it again with them for the original price. Save yourself the hassle and go to a better quality business with better customer service. Low price and low quality. You save $5-10 but you pay for it with the sound of rattling glass. Was a recent customer here for repair of a broken window, but I have really regretted it. After the repair, I heard rattling glass in the door frame. Brought it back the following week and was told by one of the employees that it was "normal" to hear rattling glass when closing the car door and the glass was inaccessible due to the sealed panel of the door. Well, I opened up the panel at home and found a mess in my car door, basically left alone by the shop and the plastic panel cut open...
