I requested a French gel pedicure in the shape square. they were very nice when first coming in I was greeted. I cant remember her name but she's the one that seems to speak English the best. That's who did my pedicure. maybe she's the owner I'm not sure. But the moment she asked me if I was getting spa treatment added and I declined her whole mood changed. And that should've been the first red flag but because I came here before I didn't really think anything of it. my pedicure was rushed And I mean rushed the quickest pedicure I've ever had lol. Like 30 minutes and even then I feel like I'm being generous. a lady next to me who got gel French as well with NO spa treatment, we were seated at the same time, started at the same time and I was done before her. My pinky toe was cut extremely short to where it looked like a had no toe nail and just my skin was painted. At first glance the pedicure looked okay. But two hours after I left the buisness I go home and the gel was peeling clean off my toes. All I did after the pedicure was pick up groceries and my children. I've been getting gel French pedicures for the past 15 years and never experienced this anywhere. there was gel in the cracks of my toenail that were peeling and cracking and I knew if I peeled it all the gel on my toes would come off with it. And after that I really examined my pedicure. By my cuticle on my big toe wasn't even painted 3/4 of my toe was done and I didn't even think that was possible. my toenails were round instead of square and were different shapes and uneven . I gave the lady a $15 tip on top of paying $70 for a pedicure ONLY. Because as I said I've been here before and received good service. I called the establishment and the woman who answered that I'm pretty sure was the one who did it just said sorry and hung up . No type of resolution, no offer to fix it, NOTHING. just took my money . If I were anybody I would pick a different establishment for a spa mani pedi treatment and I am moving forward. I DONT EVER RECOMMEND COMING HERE TO ANYONE. I literally peeled it off and had to except I got jipped $100. Upon the first two minutes of being in the salon I was skeptical. It was quite dirty. There were smudges and residue from drink cups left behind at the pedicure chair, smears on the plastic separator between me and the nail tech. (I mean what's the point of an added safety/health measure if it's not getting cleaned?) So that turned me off almost immediately. The nail tech was so lovely and had the place been in better shape, I would have left her alone five stars but this rating is on the entire experience. Please. Please. Please. Do NOT get a UV gel set or fill here. They do not know what they're doing. At $60 for a fill, I should have beautiful pristine nails. My tech started out weery when I asked for a gel fill. Yikes. He spent minimal time shaping my nails (I asked for coffin - not sure what I got). He then placed a "gel liquid" unlike any process I've had that looked horrible and didn't create any type of shell on my nails. Dust and such kept getting stuck in my nail and he would file it down and re-add the "gel". The color was the best part because I picked it out. Lol. I'm attaching a photo. Go elsewhere. I had my nails done on a Friday. While using the drill, she kept going so fast it burned. I kept flinching and telling her it was hot. She was so rude and just kept doing it. Not only was the lady rude but once she ran my card, she asked me if I was going to tip her. She told me she'll take a cash tip. Very weird. Then, Sunday one of my nails just fell off. It's now Tuesday and two more are broken. I spent $70 and feel like they should last longer than a day or two. I won't be going back and don't recommend them. read more

My usual nail salon was packed so I came here- and I am so happy I did! This nail spa is huge, and so far (although I hope I'm not jinxing myself) I've never had to wait to see a technician because they staff the spa really well! There is a legitimate wall of colors to choose from for both regular polish and gel. This location is extremely clean, and they always use freshly sanitized instruments for the manicures and pedicures. The staff are extremely friendly and give an amazing massage after. A couple things to note are that they offer free WiFi, and have an ATM located inside should you need cash! I will definitely be back when I need to have my nails done again! read more

Me and my girlfriend went to this nail spa to get a manicure for her and a pedicure for me. The woman who did my pedicure did a good job. Also the woman who did my girlfriends manicure did a good job. That's where the good stopped. Upon completion of my pedicure I went and paid for both services for myself and her. My girlfriend said that she would pay the tip so I didn't have to break a large bill. I agreed and took the tip to the woman who did my pedicure. Upon completion of my girlfriend's manicure. The owner asked the woman who completed my girlfriend's manicure did she get a tip speaking in spanish. Not knowing that my girlfriend spoke and understood spanish. The manicurist informed the owner that she and her co-worker had both indeed received tips for their service. Also my girlfriend had also told the owner that tips were given. The owner apparently did not believe neither of them and went and asked the pedicurist did she receive a tip. This was done in front of other customers. In which the woman who had come to get a manicure with another woman said. " I would go and get my tip back. " The owner was told by the pedicurist that she had indeed received a tip. After receiving this information the owner did not offer an apology. My girlfriend stated to the owner " since when are tips required?" The owner had nothing to say but, " have a good night ". Pretty much saying leave. Services were paid for that's all that should be required. Tips? That is up to each customer. We always tip unless service was bad. Not good business at all. I absolutely loved the place. Everything was so clean despite it was such a HUGE place. Everyone there was so friendly and the lavender pedi is just amazing. It is sooo soothing after a long day of work. In addition, they have a special chair massage and it is the best thing ever. There was multiple times where I went back simply for the chair massage. I can tell everyone there is trying to do their best job and there is a large color variety for the nail colors. The people there are also really good at doing their job with the nails. I genuinely recommend this place, especially if you are looking for comfiness and for your nails to be done at the same time. Oh, and a plus factor is that you can use the electric massage chair for free when getting a pedi. read more

Initially, I had intended to make a visit to Lavender Nail Spa, which is located directly across the street from JY Nail and Spa. However, despite very few clients, the wait time was going to be more than an hour! Fortunately, the inconvenience sent me to JY. The salon was VERY clean and pleasant, and I was greeted by a friendly staff who immediately took care of me. I had my eyebrows done, and they came out great! Next, I had a gel set applied by a staff member named Kenny. Typically I get an acrylic set with gel polish, but this time, I got a gel set, which does tend to be more costly ($20 extra, in this case). Despite the fact that he nicked my fingers several times with the filer, he was friendly and polite and apologized every time. I love the shape of my nails, and the hot pink color I chose. My only complaint is that I've only had the set for two days and they're already chipping! My experience was complete with a shoulder, back, and hand massage! I definitely plan to come back, maybe I'll just pick a different polish next time. read more

The absolute worst place in 35 years. Didn't cut nails down first. All uneven shapes.. there were many. I told her I never complained but I'm going to. I asked her to stop. Why she said. I don't like what's going on. She had no clue. So the man takes over. Burned my thumb nail with drill. Then hurt my fingers twisting them. I have arthritis I told him Then he was pissed was doing worse than her. I said I'm done. No paint not finished and charged me 40.00. Never coming back again. When lady found out I was not doing the most expensive pedicure on their list, her whole demeanor changed. The "massage" on my feet was more of just rubbing lotion in. After I paid my $32 for the pedicure, the lady was mad I did not give a tip and would not allow me to leave until I gave her a tip. I think it's illegal to force someone to give you a tip.
