Bad. I don't get my nails done often, just a guy looking to get his nails cleaned up here and there. But I do know what looks good and bad. I still had dirt in my nails at the end, nothing clipped around my nail. The guy took maybe 8 minutes on me it was a joke.

Love their wide variety of color selections here! There are way too many to chose from which is never a problem! They have a lot of glitter and sparkle gel colors too! They also provide dazzle dry manicures which is great and I cannot wait to try it. I will definitely be coming back! $33 for a gel manicure and $45 for the basic spa pedicure

They're so nice, the nails are pretty good quality, not perfect but definitely worth the price and probably the best place in east lyme for dip powder nails.

I came here today to get a gel manicure- I haven't been to this location since the new owners have come in. The updates inside are fantastic, especially the new chairs and basins for the pedicures! I had an idea of a color in mind and two awesome staff members helped me get as close as I could to the shade I was looking for! The service was great, and everything was really clean! It is a bit more expensive than other area nail salons ($30 for a gel/shellac manicure) but it's definitely convenient for me as far as location. I will be back for sure - and hopefully for a pedicure next time too!

One day after I was finished the lady that owns the place came up to me and started yelling at me in front of everyone because I didn't leave a big enough tip I'm usually a good Tipper so I was confused. I discovered that for I don't know how long because I had stopped looking at my receipt I've been going for the same thing for so long now when they ask you what scent you like they change your pedicure to one that ends up costing $140 what a racket

They told me I couldn't have French tip because my "mail beds were too short". I then decided on a light pink. I was then told to do dip because I wasn't planning to return to have a fill in 2 weeks. I agreed to do dip. They cut my nails way too short, Cut my cuticles and literally painted me skin on multiple fingers. Not to mention how crooked and bumpy the set was applied. I could have done a better job at home. After being charged $70 and leaving a tip, I walked out paying $85 for the worst manicure I've ever received. I went back in and told them I was unhappy and asked for it to be removed. The manager redid my nails and gave me what I asked for originally. She was very apologetic, but after 3 hrs at the salon she then charged me $20 more for the "updates".
