She teaches you how important engagement is and how to build a relationship with your dog. With her your dogs will learn how to make good choices on their own, not just when you ask. All of her methods are force-free, which in my opinion are the only truly effective methods. Methods that use fear/intimidation are just suppressing behaviors not truly changing them. Her style and approach of training is not a fast/easy fix. It requires commitment from you to practice with your dog daily (which is easier than you think), but it is effective and so rewarding.

By practicing the exercises she gave us, he now comfortably is able to chew bones and eat his food around us and other dogs without lunging or barking which is a huge relief as he will be a large dog when he is fully grown. Additionally, she helped me start to shift my relationship with my puppy which resulted in more respect and obedience from him in general. We could only do a few sessions together before moving out of state, but it is easy to see that she understands dogs and they truly respond to her guidance. The 4 week boarding training program was a perfect opportunity for Rocco to learn from Evelyne and for us as owners to better equip ourselves with training tactics. Evelyne was extremely open to our concerns during our initial consultation and created a plan specifically to his needs. Most important is that the dogs are healthy and have wonderful dispositions. When we arrived we were given hand sanitizer and Lysol and breeders had on masks so I appreciated the conscientious handling of things. She brought mother dog out to meet us first and then father dog who was also on premises. She answered my many questions patiently and really seems to be a kind hearted person. The dog we brought home is exactly what you would want. Great disposition, curious and not aggressive and learning so fast it's shocking. Pushing a bell to go out for potty on her first day at our house. The breeder provided some food to go home along with a littermate scented toy and towel. She asked questions from us and watched us interact with the dogs and checked to see how the puppy did on the ride home, I'm so happy to have found this wonderful breeder and the next addition to our family,!

He wasn't responding to anything we tried, mostly things we "learned" on YouTube. After a month we had to get a professional. In the first 10 minutes of a session with Ana we were astonished how incredibly well she read our dog. He was responding to her commands and already seemed to be understanding what he needed to do. She showed us many techniques which were improving his behavior every day. The best part was that she taught US as well as our puppy on the correct ways to interact with each other. We were able to built a respectful relationship with him. Months later now and he's the perfect pup! Responsive to our commands yet we have such a beautiful bond. They went from being a little out of control to actually listening and following commands, even with distractions. We've also used her for boarding, and it's such a relief knowing my dogs are in great hands and still keeping up with their training while I'm away. Ana is super patient, knowledgeable, and clearly loves what she does. My dogs bonded with her right away, and the progress has been night and day. Highly recommend to anyone who wants well behaved (and happy!) pups!
