I was worried that I might get a call saying to come pick him up because he parkoured off the furniture and decorations and destroyed everything, like he does at home. I really was looking forward to leaving a 5 star great review... BUT that's not going to happen after my experience with this business! This was our first time ever leaving our dogs with anyone and I was assured there would be constant communication (Text,photos, and even FaceTime) guess what that didn't happen, we had to be the one's to reach out to the sitter and we wouldn't get responses back or we would get them back hours later. Any pet owner knows your pets are like family so we were worried especially being far away. Come to find out our indoor dog was left outside for the week because we were told she was to aggressive, to add to the problem the person who was in charge wasn't even there the first night. Our dogs are rescues so the only time they become defensive is when someone is being aggressive towards them. At first the person was so defensive and quick to blame our dog because she stated she could not have all the other dogs outside because of our little 7 pound dog. Had I known she was not going to be able to care for my dogs accordingly because she was not going to be home or because she had several dogs in her living room I would of never left my pets with her it's seems it's about the money (cash only business) than the care and well being of the pets. It leads me to believe some of these reviews are false because this was a horrible experience. So we have a 13 year old pitbull that had never stayed away from home at any point in his life. We had a week long trip with nobody to come watch the dog at the house for the first time ever. My wife and I were so paranoid over what to do. That's when my wife reached out to Andromeda. What a blessing. She was so kind and responsive upon contact. She assured us she could care for the dog, and at a very reasonable rate compared to others. We dropped the dog off with all of his beds, food, and other items he is accustomed to. It was hard to leave, but Andromeda gave off such a good vibe that we felt comfortable finally saying goodbye. Throughout the trip, Andromeda was in contact with us the entire time sending photos and updates. She really helped to re-assure us that the dog was in good spirits despite our absence. As expected, our dog was not very pleased to stay away from home for the first time. He is very demonstrative and known to be destructive at times. Unfortunately this led to some damage he caused to Andromedas home. What a terrible thing to find out, and we felt horrible he caused so much trouble. He was apparently barking the whole time as well. Despite all of this, Andromeda was patient and calm with us, and somehow managed to survive the week with the dog in perfect shape upon return. Absolutely horrible. 100% disappointed in this business. I had major anxiety leaving my puppies for the first time ever- My heart was broken for them after picking them up 1 week later. Never again will I be using this business! 1. My indoor pup was left outside for 1 week (because she "wasn't able to get her in") ONE FULL WEEK!!! 2. Never received a picture of my puppies 3. Never received a text letting me know how they were- unless we texted her- over and over again! 4. My puppy got blamed for her dogs not being able to go outside "because ur dog won't come in- I can't even let my dogs out! They have to stay in all day!" 5. The main person who we handed our puppies to- wasn't even there the 1 night w our dogs! She had a sleep study being done so she left someone else in charge of my dogs!!! This was definitely not discussed before hand!!! 6. When picking the puppies up- my 2nd pup (that was in the house) was in a kennel with poop all in it!!!! SMH! 7. She stated she would "face time"- yeah no! Never happened! Which would have been ok with me had we been receiving pics or text messages to update us!! 8. Idk if they were fed appropriately- because when they got home they ate like they were starving. 9. My poor pups had been so stressed out they are shedding like never before!!!! So bad that we had to text her asking if she shaved our dog! My heart immediately dropped after picking them up! I feel so guilty for leaving my pups here! I was expecting pictures, phone calls, or facetimes and I didn't get any of that. there were days that she didn't even contact me at all. I asked for pictures and only got 3 that entire week (and it was only of ONE dog). This lady didn't ask any questions or anything before we left them so she didn't know that they were rescue dogs. My dog didn't eat for about 2 days, and was left outside the entire week I was gone. My dog is an inside dog, she was scared. I was on my trip worried sick, I felt so helpless. As soon as I got there to pick up my dogs the boy ran up to us and the lady told us "be careful he bites" my dog has NEVER EVER bit anyone.
