They are easy to work with and ready to step in to help with all my questions or concerns regarding my foster dogs. The great advantage to this organization is the dogs are all in foster homes, they have been loved and cared for before being adopted. It's a big step to adopt a rescue so our goal is to help individuals and families find a dog /cat that would be a perfect match for them and for their new animal family member.

I brought my dog in because she was leaving puddles of what appeared to be urine every time she got up, which is obviously a concerning symptom that needed timely answers. They performed a urinalysis and later told me she needed to come back for a second sample. When I asked why, the technician told me she didn't know. After the second urinalysis there was no follow up. After I had made multiple attempts to get an update, I was told by a technician that the urine results were consistent with a urinary tract infection. Finally, the veterinarian called and I was told something completely different--that the first urine sample had never even made it to the laboratory and that the second sample was "inconclusive." The recommendation was to bring my dog back for a third urinalysis. When your pet is having an ongoing medical problem, you expect clear answers and timely updates--not conflicting information and repeated trips for the same test. If you love your pet please go to a different vet.

I only had a simple question whether they accept walk-ins because if the answer was no, I didn't want to be placed on hold unnecessarily. I ended up waiting on hold for about five minutes, and when she finally returned to the phone, she told me they do not take walk-ins. Because of this, the entire call felt like a complete waste of my time. If I had simply been given a quick answer upfront, it would have taken less than a 30seconds. I value my time, and I expect basic courtesy and efficiency when contacting a business. So rude.
