Needed a tire plugged. They got me taken care of and at a great price. Highly recommend.

Had 20K miles and a has a few months left on new car warranty. Dealer paperwork indicated the vehicle was inspected. But day when Ben had off, I was passed off to 2 other sales persons. Under hood, the battery looked like a bomb had gone off around it. Corrosive material coming off battery and scattered. Then after test drive I indicated the collision warning system and intelligent cruise was not working. After being told it did, they admitted it didn't. Ben got it to local Nissan dealer who repaired it same day. Canadian Murano had dual temp indicators reading in Celsius, and I asked to change it for me, and was told it was still under Nissan warranty. So I scheduled it to go in. I couldn't find a way in settings to change it. Maybe Countryside knows something I don't? Verdicts out. After I purchased SUV, I got an uneasy feeling. At 66 years old. And a man that has bought many cars new and old, I didn't feel good about this purchase and still on fence about it. Buyer beware. I hope Countryside helps with any costs if new factory warranty doesn't apply. After a week I also discovered the digital speedometer doesn't match the stick speedometer on gauge, about 3 MPH difference, hmm. Nissan appointment soon, and I will update this review if I get support from Countryside if I get stuck paying on anything not covered under NISSAN warranty. My wife and I were lead to believe all is covered under new car warranty. Just take it to Nissan. Uneasy feeling yet. Will be going back to Countryside for service to discuss what Nissan tells me. Not positive Countryside sets cars up with customers in mind. Why not have it taken to Nissan dealer and have it ready to sell. They were asking top dollar for it. I'm not sure if they were honest when I asked questions about this SUV. Lastly insist on a Carfax, not what they give you (Auto Check). Hope I have helped. I really thought going to a this friendly looking dealer could be a enjoyable experience. When you ask a question you should expect an honest answer. Maybe stick with Zimbrick, to me very reputable. I will update this review. And will change review and stars if needed. Had a sit down with Sales and GM. Result was they might be able to find a similar SUV built in US and trade this one out.

Upon inspection under the hood I asked why it was so dirty, I was told "what do you expect, it's two years old". Not sure if this guy smiled in the hour I spent with him. Very unfriendly and cold. After purchasing the vehicle, I realized they left the truck half filled with gas, low windshield wiper fluid and engine coolant. It feels as if there was no attention to detail before sending me off in it. While the finance manager and sales manager were both great, it's not enough to make me go back. Do not recommend. UPDATE: After calling the number listed in the comments from Countryside. I had to explain my situation to three different people who clearly had no idea what I was talking about. After speaking with a manager he said he wished to speak to Vince and he'd get back to me ASAP. Three weeks later, two unreturned voicemails and an email later, hope is lost. Should have taken my business elsewhere.
