I wish it didn't take a canceled order and the Yelp review to get a response, but Vincent went…read moreabove and beyond to correct the situation and reach out to me. I received the parts yesterday in order to make the necessary repair for my long road trip. For transparency, I've included screenshots of my initial reply and outreach as well as the responses after my order cancellation request. I placed the order on a Monday during business hours, requested a cancellation on the order online on Wednesday after not receiving an update or reply, and received follow-up on Thursday along with resolution. Vincent really came through, and we talked to clear everything up. They ended up covering the cost of the parts and shipping next day air which is way more than I expected, and I am very thankful. Regrettably, I can only give four stars based on the initial lack of response. Maybe the initial email I sent didn't go through, but Dave told me on the phone that he gets email notifications of voicemail left. I listened to the message before sending it on Tuesday. The subsequent calls at different times on Wednesday are indicative of failure to answer. I called (732) 212-6261 and pressed 3 to go to parts. I was sent to voicemail every time during business hours. No response was received until Thursday. The bottom line is I got the parts I needed, but it was without initial frustration. This parts department needs to review the gaps in messages coming through, voicemail notifications, and simply having staffing resources available to answer the phone during business hours. Thanks again Vincent for the stellar service. You saved me from having to rent a car for my trip. You're the MVP who came through to knock it out of the park.

I've never stepped inside this brick and mortar location and probably never will but apparently they do process a lot of orders through the ford.com website when it makes sense. I recently received shipments from All American Ford and have had no issues, all the products arrived on time and in good shape along with documentation showing I had purchased and received genuine Ford original equipment parts. Overall: I trust these guys and they do their best at giving the best price possible…read more I have had two experiences with Mavis which I am pleased about. I did go in for an oil change and tire replacement. They found a few things that needed to be done which ended up costing about $1200. Hey, my first major fix for owning a 2015 Rogue: rotors, new brakes, a balance (I believe) and two tire replacements. They were all confirmed as fixes needed from the dealership so I went with it. The other was about the same price tag for new shocks for the back, two tires, alignment, new battery, oil change, new brake fluid, and steering wheel fluid. Think that was all for my 50,000 mile, first owner, 2015 Rogue. Seemed right with the repairs needed for my vehicle age and mileage. Payment $$: Mavis pointed out their credit card sign up offers which had a mail in rebates and applied coupons that brought down the price about $200. Their prices are fair when I researched them and the discounts are a bonus. The credit card is great because there is 0% interest for 6 months if you pay more than $200. This is digestible and doable with a bill like $1200. Quality of work and customer service: Happy with the work they did. Showed me my car before and what was being done. Loved how they educated me on the repair work they were going to do. It took a while, but you have to expect your car to be out of commission for a while when doing services for a car. I feel safe for the winter; they thoroughly checked my car. I let Matt know I was tight on money and he let me know of repairs that could be put off for a month or two. Appreciate their honesty and empathy toward me/ their customers.

There are sometimes some hiccups or delays but overall a great place. The atmosphere is very chill. If you need to wait for your vehicle in the lobby it's air conditioned even during the hottest days you'll stay cool. There is a vending machine if you didn't pack snacks and a water cooler if you get thirsty. There is a nearby Dunkin Donuts you can walk to, or a restaurant called Cafe Luna if you get hungry. Wondering about the bathroom situation? There's a gender neutral handicap accessible bathroom in the lobby.
