I started researching makes and models on the Volvos and was interested in the XC40 electric and XC60 hybrid. MMG was the only dealership that had the XC60 hybrid there and they had mentioned that the XC40 electric was at the dealership. I scheduled my test drive and made it up from Columbus to MMG. When I arrived I was told to see Matt L, who was super nice and welcoming. He did deliver the not so nice news that the XC40 electric had not arrived (-1 star... I would have probably postponed my test drive appointment with some heads up notice), but Matt truthfully answered all of my questions about the XC40 electric and unfortunately the technology and range wasn't suitable for my needs (but would have been a great commuter car). However since I was already up there, I decided why not give the XC60 hybrid a test drive. Matt took me around as he explained the different features on the car, and then it was my turn to take it for a spin and I was hooked! Although he gave me the initial numbers, I couldn't stay to negotiate things, as I had an appointment to get to, but Matt gave me his card and the rest of the negotiation was handled over the phone and text. We went back and forth a few times, and I will say Matt was patient with me in running through different options until we settled on the final price of the vehicle and what my lease terms would be (the offered better lease incentives). Pickup the car was a seamless process as I had all of my paperwork overnighted to me ahead of time. I can't wait to enjoy my new car for the next 3 years and definitely would return to MMG for other car needs even if it's a different car maker!

They took a picture of the problem, called me 3 days later to tell me that I should take it back to the dealership from which I purchased it to have it taken care of. They wouldn't even attempt to get it repaired under warranty. Was told originally that they would contact Nissan to verify it was a warranty issue. When I asked if they did, he said he didn't know if they had or not. Just a very poor experience with a Nissan approved dealership which I thought could have been handled with much more professionalism.

Clearly a bait and switch operation. Providing a public service to anyone attempting to do the same. The car was for my daughter, turning 16. First car... she was very disappointed. The sales person said , is there anything we can do, my husband said , yeah pay my gas mileage, but he just scoffed at us.... like yeah, we'd be out of business if we did that each time we attempted to get people in here! So, in my opinion, stay far far away from Mansfield Motor Group in Ontario Oh.

They obviously didn't do the services I paid for. I recently took my CRV to a GM dealership to repair what they messed up and didn't do. I've spent a lot of money servicing my car, only to find that the services I was paying for weren't being provided. I not only would never recommend this dealership, I won't be buying a Honda. I'll be purchasing my next vehicle locally where i can trust the local dealership and service department. Oh, and I should have known what a scam this place was when they started charging people a 2.99% fee for using a credit card, which is more a safety concern for most people and a convenience. Especially when their service is so bad, no wonder they want immediate payment, as most businesses absorb that credit card fee.

So relieved. Amazing, quick, professional service! One of my favorite things was that they didn't talk down to me, as a woman. It happens a lot. It's annoying. Many places will refer to husbands. I know more about cars than my husband. So having them explain what was wrong without the condescension is a HUGE plus in my book. Hoping to be done with car repairs for a while, but next time, they will be my first go-to!
