A favorite silk dress that had a oil stain on it for 5+ years, just could not bring myself to throw it away after many attempts to fix it. I even forgot to mention the stain when dropping it off. When I got home from picking it up I was amazed that the stain was GONE! Wore the dress that night out to dinner....and I was convinced it was a goner. The second item, my favorite jacket that like a moron I wore to the stables and practically ruined. Michelle one of the owners called me concerned that the leather might not respond well and I figured it couldn't get much worse so go ahead. Let me tell you that thing is beautiful, looks just like it did when I bought it! When I first arrived I was greeted by what I assume is the owner. She was professional and prompt. Asked what I needed, got me into my suit and measured in a matter of minutes which I appreciated. I needed to have my suit pants and jacket sleeves hemmed. I dropped off on a Monday and needed the following Thursday (so about 10 days). I felt this was an ample amount of time but again, my first experience so I wasn't sure. The lady seemed to give the impression this was a quick turn but told me she could do it. The cost was $70 which I honesty don't know is good or bad. It didn't really matter to me, what was important was getting it done. I showed up Thursday only to learn my suit wasn't complete. This was a huge disappointment. Thankfully I planned ahead and told her Thursday knowing I wouldn't need it until Friday evening. She promised me it would be done Friday morning and when I returned the next day it was done. It looks great. My advice would be to always give yourself a day or two extra and just live with the expectation they will not get it done in time. Don't set yourself up for disaster.

I've had pants hemmed many times by the inseam measurement and have never had a problem. She insisted that I try on each pair while she pinned them up. I knew they were not going to be correct and I should have left and took them somewhere else. It took them a week which I felt was too long. It usually takes a couple of days at other places. Three out of the four pair are TOO SHORT and she charged me $56. Over $200 worth of jeans are now ruined. I would not recommend this place since they can't even do a simple job of hemming a pair of jeans. There are more affordable options available where you can get better customer service, quality work, and a faster turnaround.
