The detail in the work and the overall communication was a great experience. All the work done was professionally, and the environment was clean and comfortable. My tattoo lasted two sessions and a total of 8 hours, Ines was very professional through the whole experience and I am definitely looking forward to getting my next piece done here.

I'm very happy with my first-time tattoo experience at this shop! I love how small and clean the studio is, and how it's on the second floor of a shopping center in Rowland Heights. Also, I appreciate the fact that it's family-owned (K&I stands for Kerry & Ines, a husband/wife duo). I was able to easily set up an appointment with Ines and take advantage of their September Special Promo. Kerry was really quick with his replies to my requests, and we went back and forth before we picked the final design. Since it was my first tattoo experience, I found the session comforting. I was the only customer in there, so I felt at ease getting the tattoo in a more intimate setting. Ines allowed me to bring a friend of mine with me to hold my hand and play some music during the duration of the tattoo process. She really took her time with the placement, and even used white ink to highlight the texture of my wave tattoo. She gave me free water, ointment, and aftercare instructions for my tattoo for optimal healing. I'm really glad I came here! Highly recommend to first timers and tattoo enthusiasts! :D

Ines did a fantastic job on my fine line detailed poker chips and Infinity Arrow. The poker chips were pretty much an exact replica of what I showed her. Amazing attention to detail. She took her time to get it just right. The Infinty Arrow seemed a bit overpriced but since I got them done at the same time I felt OK since they're both great. I was looking for a shop that was nearby, and thank the lord I found K&I tattoo! Ive been twice now and Ines (one of the shop owners) is great. She does awesome work, works super efficient, and super friendly, she responds quick and I simply love all the work she has done for me. Her hands are light and her needle work is even better. This shop is awesome and I couldn't really ask for anything more. Super versatile. Will def be getting more work done here and Ines is now in my regular rotation of artist. Don't hesitate to text or make your appointments. My girlfriend and other friends even go to her now! read more

Really awesome place and service. I've been wanting to get a tattoo for sometime and since they've recently opened and should be pretty free. It was really easy to communicate with Kerry and Ines, show them the design and was quoted a very reasonable price for what I was asking. The appointment was also very accommodating. The quality of the tattoo was definitely worth the money. They are also very friendly in explaining the after-care process and even gave me some free tattoo ointment, which was just what I needed since my tattoo goo was expired lol. Anyway, will definitely come back and do more pieces in the future. Highly recommended. read more

Tattoo experience is great, tattoo artist is great to work with but unfortunately I think the quality of the tattoo is very poor. Freshly done, it looks great, but after healing tattoo often becomes splotchy, looses ink or fades even for the year is over. I've seen this in several of her clients including myself. She can be soooo good! Just not quite there yet and definitely not for the price she's charging for a tattoo that fades so quickly. Maybe it's the quality of ink? Who knows read more

The payment instruction, accommodation of customer's schedule, appointment reminder, driving instruction, before and after care were laid out very clearly. Jason is an incredible talented artist who has more than 20 years of tattoo experience, he's very kind and genuine person who has a great collection of art work. Make sure you check it out on his social media. He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire 3.5 hours session. This is my second time here to get my tattoo done on my mid-torso area which supposed to be the painfullest, but he's very gentle and made the process went smoothly and get he piece done right a second time. Shaping wise, not even and I still have bits of cuticle stuck on my nail - even though I paid extra to have them removed... The overall vibe of the salon is a little older and aged. Gets the job done, but was painful and not too thorough.

Sometimes when I come to get my hair colored I can be here for five hours but it's an enjoyable even because these ladies make it enjoyable. They stay true to their customers by making sure they get exactly what they paid for and what they like. If you guys are in the area or not and are looking for a good nail/hair spot don't skip this place. I'm telling you this is hands down the best nail salon. Oh and their massage amazing!!! The nail salon I go to close to my home does not give massages like they do and I go there for convenience and walk out not 100% happy with my nails or the price they pay. If I lived closer this place would be it! Guys...try it and you will not be disappointed!

I came to K&I to get a tattoo from Jeff Figaroa and I have to say that he is my favorite artist! His work is dope and his lines are very clean. I came in at like 7 and they were able to fit me in to their schedule and on top of that get me and my best friend a great looking tattoo at a great price both different but they were able to get it done really fast and it came out looking great and for it being my first tattoo it makes me wanna come back and get a second soon read more
