I went because I needed new jewelry for my septum. All the guys were lovely and helpful. Good vibe. The piercer was nice and helpful - and even stretched it a bit so I can flip it up easily (septum piercing, AKA, the workin' person facial piercing). He only takes cash - sp be aware of that. I got an eyebrow piercing from here about two months ago and the piercer screwed it on so tight I was unable to take it off and properly clean it as directed. I instead cleaned around the piercing in hopes that eventually I would be able to unscrew it off but I never was able to and as a result i got a really bad infection on my eyebrow and when I called the parlor to see if they can unscrew it apparently has been an ongoing problem and multiple people have had to come back to get it screwed off. When I went to the parlor to finally get the piercing out the man literally could not unscrew it and had to cut it out with pliers it was super painful and the worst experience I've ever had with any piercer. I'm not the type to leave reviews but I had too for this. I'm now left with a piece of bulging, infected piece of flesh on my brow and no piercing. Thanks :) read more

Somehow I lost the jewel of one of my tragus piercings, so I needed new jewelry. I looked for a place close to work and gave them a call. First time I called the piercer was not there. Two hours later I called and he still was not in, but the guy was so nice he said come in one of our tattoo guys will do it for you. After I arrived Carlos was walking in and took care of me right away! He took out my old ones, and I purchased a new pair. Super friendly and I was in and out and on my way to my office party, they have an atm inside the shop, as their credit card machine was down. DON'T come here for a PIERCING. Research a different place. My niece and I came to get our nose pierced and mine fell out like 4 days after and hers later than that but we came right away to see if they can just put it back on, couldn't happen because it closed, so we returned when it healed to get it repierced and they wanted to charge us again even if we had the ring. It cost $50 get it our nose pierced. I asked for a discount and they refused. I asked to speak to the owner/decision maker and the person in charge refused to let me speak to anyone else. They instead decided to loose 2 customers, didn't even try, no going above and beyond for us. Further more he questioned me about my service dog, kept insisting that it was illegitimate. So rude. They don't seem to be experienced with piercings anyway but we were willing to give them a second chance. read more

I recently got a piercing here that was inside my ear (the daith) and yes I was really happy with it at the beginning, but I had it for exactly one month and the piercing fell out of my ear. Took my underage daughter to get her first face piercing, she chose to get a septum piercing. I initially called to make an appointment and they were so polite. Thankfully I was not working the day of the appointment, so I called in to see if I could go in earlier. Again, they were absolutely polite. Once I arrived, I was greeted with such professionalism. I let them know what I had went in for, and we were taken care of immediately. They are very cautious, which I enjoyed. They even had consent forms for minors. The person who assisted us with the piercing process, which UNFORTUNATELY I forgot to get his name, made sure my daughter was as comfortable as possible, reassuring her she'd be just fine. The piercing took less then a minute, it was quick and cleanly. The piercer also provided us with a pamphlet on how to keep it (piercing) clean. I did not want to write it because it happened about a year ago I think. I asked the PIERCER what material the jewelry is- he said I don't know. Either surgical steel or titanium. Why would you not know what material your jewelry is? Why would you mix your materials together?? Asked him what to do for aftercare. He was very vague. He just said some soap and saline wash. He never mentioned what type of soap, or what brand that'll help. I asked him what gauge he put in because it doesn't seem like you can choose the gauge you want. I got my piercing, but the piercing ball doesn't close all the way- it is stuck. Some cheap jewelry was used, as it is cheaper price than other stores. Was extremely scared it was going to fall out. Not to mention I paid about 100+ for the piercings. Should do various research on piercers before getting pierced. It is not worth spending so much money to find out this is cheap material, and the jewelry will fall out. read more

Got some simple stencil work done by Joe. Initially I wanted to get each piece smaller, but Joe did mention that any smaller and the lines may not be as crisp as I wanted it to be. The final result is actually quite nice! I love how clean and simple it looks. Joe was really accommodating and made sure I was happy throughout the process. I got my first tattoo here done by "bigglarry" and I wasn't too happy with it. I chose this small design and I thought it would've came out flawless since it was so small. The inside is pretty good I'll give him that but the LINE WORK wasn't as good as I wanted it to be.
