originally had done a mobile appointment but changed it to in-house for an earlier on-prem slot…read morethat became available. arrived there at 7am and got attended right away. everyone was nice and friendly and professional. parking lot is ample and clean. waiting room was clean and quiet and had a pleasant scent. the single unisex bathroom was clean and tidy. the jeep needed full windshield replacement. technician jason was able to remove everything that was attached to the windshield without damage. he ended having to do the ADAS recalibration twice just to make sure it was done to factory specifications and test drove several times to fine tune everything. be sure to contact your insurance company to help facilitate the process and see if your insurance covers this repair/replacement. overall it was a great experience and got us back on the road safely in a couple hours. thank you safelite!
