I had originally contacted them for a certain property I saw online and was interested in calling home. They contacted me swiftly and even told me about the other properties they available. Venture Property Management's website/portal platform is also sooo easy and transparent, so it's really nice finally having a living situation where it's easy to see and pay bills. From applying, sending documents, paying the security deposit, and rent, VPM has been amazing every step of the way. My old manager? meh... didn't really care, made me feel like I was losing money and it was all on me. Chambers kinda changed all that. After a while, I just stopped asking and hoped nothing went wrong, which isn't exactly comforting when real money is involved. Once Chambers took over, that changed pretty quickly. Now when I have a question, I ask it and I get a real answer. Not days later. Not after following up multiple times. Just a normal, timely response like you would expect. It sounds basic, but it made a huge difference. What really stood out to me was how approachable they are. I've asked about lease stuff, tenant situations, random landlord questions, even things I probably should already know. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or made to feel dumb for asking. There were also times I reached out about things that weren't urgent at all or weren't technically their issue yet. They still helped me think it through and gave honest input. Due to the lack of professionalism and poor communication from your rental company, we are no longer interested in renting this property. The extended delay in processing our application--despite submitting all requested documents within 24 hours--is unacceptable. It should not take two weeks to review a complete application. Additionally, the failure to respond promptly to emails and text messages raises serious concerns about how future issues would be handled. This lack of responsiveness gives us little confidence in your ability to support tenants if problems arise. I strongly suggest improving communication practices and setting clear expectations for applicants moving forward. They are just prolonging application process to collect application fees from other tenants !!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!! The worst ever!!!

I documented the unit with videos before moving out. When I returned the keys, management told me they would reach out if they needed the carpet cleaning receipt. Instead, weeks later they told the owner that no cleaning had been done -- without ever contacting me for proof. When I followed up, they stalled, first saying repairs were being contracted out and they "weren't sure yet." Eventually, I received an invoice from a company called "De la O Janitorial Services." This company does not exist -- there is no business license, no record in state databases, and the invoice lists only a P.O. Box. When I requested proof of payment, management was unable to provide any evidence that this supposed contractor was paid. This experience feels misleading and raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of their billing practices. Tenants should be very cautious and document everything thoroughly if renting from this company.

They did send a repair man out tried to repair of the steps into the water with a string, how does the string hold the weight of a human being? Top step broke while my sister was on it.
