However, upon returning to sign final papers and address an unfixed taillight (which they never fixed), I discovered that all my truck mats were missing. When I went inside, an employee greeted me with, "Hi, you really f**ked me with that review." I was taken aback, as I had only written positive things and hadn't mentioned the taillight or the missing mats. He refused to explain what was wrong with my review and tried to change the subject. Eventually, they admitted to losing the mats (which were visibly present in the "before" photos) and agreed to replace them. After a month passed, they claimed the mats were on backorder for my 2022 truck. I waited patiently for two more months, but still no mats. Frustrated, I found ( in less than 5 minutes) and ordered the mats online myself. They arrived within two days! I showed the employee the invoice in October and was promised reimbursement. November passed, then December, with no reimbursement. They claimed a check was mailed (which I never received), and then offered a gift card. When I went to pick it up, they didn't have it. Finally, after seven months of waiting, I received my reimbursement this week in February. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The staff was rude, the work was incomplete, and their attitude was arrogant and dismissive. Only Manager Marvin seemed to care and take action. - Update- The Manager did reach out to me and apologized again for his Corp company not addressing the issue sooner and a staff member speaking with me in a non professional tone.

Without authorization, she acted as an "agent" and talked to my insurance company, saying I wanted to have repair work done there, despite the shop being out-of-network. She repeatedly lied when they were starting work on my car. If I had known it would take them 9 business days from checking parts to START working on my car, I would have insisted on taking my car to an in-network shop. Instead, I was left without a car for 5 weeks. Eventually, she let it slip that the owner of the car dealership owned the auto body repair shop. This place is crooked and I would not trust their estimates, either in terms of money or how long the repairs will take. Also, my car now has a vile smell, despite me saying several times I did not want it to be polished. Every time I step into my car I now get a bad headache. It's the icing on top of the cake.

No wonder they are not a BBB accredited shop .Brought my wife's 2011 X-3 in to investigate a Leak in A/C system. After bringing it in multiple times and changing out the A/C Compressor then an A/C filter/dryer . Car was in there shop for over a week each time. Third time after having it an additional week and a half they added Freon and said it was a leaking A/C schrader . It sounded like a B. S. Excuse but I went with it . A week and a half later A/C blowing warm ( car sat in my driveway while I was away for that time). Tired of the B.S. and the run around I took it to the BMW dealer were they found an leaking evaporator. Why couldn't the bimmer shop find it. From the video (from dealer) there was no doubt were the leak was coming from.
