The attention to detail was amazing and was truly a "from the factory" clean install. The best part about Bill is his can do attitude. He has the knowledge and skill sets to get the job done, especially when "direct bolt on" is not really direct, nor bolt on. When other shops will return the car and tell you they can't get it done, Bill is the guy you come see. I also appreciate his customer service. When ever I was in a jam with my car, he was quick to respond and offer advise, even help with a tow truck! He really goes above and beyond. They did a free diagnostic and suddenly my car needed thousands of dollars worth of work, most of which ended up being nothing. They said I had a radiator leak. I decided to bring it there, since they found the leak instead of my regular mechanic (lesson learned) at which point they did another diagnostic and charged me. I don't know why since my car was there two weeks before. $400 later to change a radiator hose. The first time I drove, the car leaked fluid all over my driveway. I brought the car to my regular mechanic at which point instantly knew it was the radiator...without $125 diagnostic fee. Yup, it cost less to replace your radiator then to get a radiator hose replaced TLC. Prices are very high. I did call and complain and they did refund me back the not needed diagnostic fee. But I wasted $400 on a repair I didn't need. Plus, the aggravation and having to pay again to have the real problem fixed. The staff was nice, I will give them credit for that. I will not be going back there. I gave two stars because the staff was friendly.

Greg took the time to look at my car, drive it with me to diagnose the issue, and ran the codes. My car was fixed promptly and the communication was great the entire experience. The engine light is off, my inspection is renewed, service and parts took care of all issues, and actually saved me the $2,700. Overall, excellent experience.
