Ohh how I truly want to give a 5 star! I went here yesterday. The salon is beautiful. Very clean like it's new. Spacious and with a nice waiting area. Ladies are kind, they even offered drinks from their mini fridge. However, when it came to my manicure, it was a little disappointing. My right hand is okay, but my left hand is sloppy. As she was applying the chrome powder, I noticed some black nail polish underneath still showing but she reassured me once she applies the top coat, it won't be seen. "Don't worry, I've been doing this a long time," she said. Sadly this is what it looks like the next day. Not to mention underneath is sloppy too. I asked if I could get these retouched with no charge but no response. These were my nails for my LA trip and... blehhh. Oh, well. There goes $75! *Edit: Owner saw my review and contacted me for a free fix. I went in, she apologized, and retouched the chrome. Thank you for the customer recovery! read more

CLEAN! NEWLY REMODELED! I've been getting gel pedicures and dip and I'm OBSESSED! They have the cutest waiting area and a mini fridge with refreshments. Massage chairs are also brand new. Great locally owned place run by the nicest couple. My mom has been coming here for years now & I see why. Love my pedicures and they usually last me a month before I feel the need to go in for a refresh. If you're looking to get crappy nails done and pay a stupid amount of money for them, then give them a try. But if you'd like to get good nails done and pay a hell of a lot less run the other way. I have never in all my life gotten taken advantage of as I did at this place. I guess I should have gotten the clue that as we sat there and waited not one person came in to get there nails done on a Friday at that. 2 people (I believe mother and daughter) working and they made appointments for 6 people at the same time to get pedicures and manicures. 4 hours later only 4 stayed with only 2 now getting pedicures and 2 getting a full set of dipped nails 1 getting her own nails dipped and 1 with an acrylic full set. Every single one of us ended up leaving with our nails needing to be fixed in one way or another. My poor niece who was trying to pamper herself for her wedding and wanted to do something nice for her mom and future MIL ended up paying just under $400 with a very good tip for both ladies included for herself and the 2 moms. That's 2 pedicures and 3 sets of nails. Her MIL nails looked so bad that she literally broke down in tears walking out of there. That price was not including me I paid $65 on my own to have my own nails dipped no manicure with it, just my own nails dipped and to run a nail file over the tips that I was charged $12 for because she said she shaped them........Seriously you both should be beyond ashamed of yourselves for taking advantage of people like this. You probably would have 10 times the business and may want to do a better job at things. Hell I didn't even get freaking lotion put on my hands. If you want to rob someone at least make them feel a little better about it!.......WILL NEVER RETURN EVER AGAIN! Sad you didn't just lose one person from returning you now loss 5 because of the work you did on everyone. read more

I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but I'm super disappointed. First, me and my friend came in and we each had a lady working on our nails. Then, one lady left suddenly and left the two of us with only one nail tech. She tried to juggle both of us but it took 2+ hours for two acrylic sets. Fast forward a week and three of my nails have already come off, making my 30 dollar manicure pointless and a waste of money. Don't waste your money here!!! read more

I've been going to this salon for the past year! They are great at what they do! The only things I have to complain about is how they do designs, there okay. I've noticed the more I go the more comfortable the lady gets with speaking her mind. Usually I wouldn't mind someone speaking there mind but there absolutely needs to be a limit to what u can say to a customer. All and all they are always friendly and not usually to busy! My friend and I went there to get our nails done. However there was only one lady working. She was very nice, however with only one person working my pedicure was very rushed , she didn't even file my toes in shape she just cut them. I had to go home and file them myself. That was 24 dollars wasted. read more
