I reported my dissatisfaction with my last pedicure appointment. My cuticles weren't trimmed at all. Two weeks later, I noticed my toes looked the same as before the pedicure. Several layers of cuticles hadn't been trimmed. The owners ignored my complaint. They showed no professional concern. Not a word of apology or suggestion. They simply left without a word. When the employees don't have customers, they're on their phones or sleeping in the pedicure chairs. They don't have time to keep their stations clean. they don't sanitize their tools.The worst are the nail dryers. It's a shame they even serve them to customers. They're dirty and disgusting. There's a complete lack of hygiene. I don't recommend this place. read more

This was my second visit to this nail shop. First visit was awesome. I don't go and treat myself that often but had time to and extra $$ to spend. I got the same 40 pedi that I had before every thing was just not done the way my first time I went. Disappointed in nail trim and cuticle removal. Then came the scrub with salt only rubbed on my legs no foot massage with salt at all same with lotion mostly legs. I normally tip over and above but today I had to push myself to give 15%. If I ever go back I will make sure to stress that I do not want a new (young) boy to attempt a pedi on me. I get it if new and learning has to start somewhere but maybe they should lower price until he was more experienced. Back in the day in beauty schools you worked on clients that we not charged full price for service and clients were aware that service was over seen by staff to make sure all was well. read more

Let's play.... What I asked for VS What I received. I asked for dip powder with my nails almond shaped. The nail tech told me my nails were too short for almond shape ( my nails were not super short) so he suggested getting tips and dip powder. $45 later this is what I left with. My nails are not almond shaped at all and they were super thick. I will never go back to thIs shop again. They don't care about the quality of their work. They up-charge for every service, but don't deliver great work at all. One day I got a $25 pedicure that ended up being $40 because I got gel polish. It's like come on people. I will take my hard earned money to a shop that appreciates their clients and show it thru their work. read more

Gave them another try about 6 months after my favorite nail tech left and was disappointed yet again. I chose the Volcanic Ash Detox pedicure which runs $50.00. Barely got a foot or leg massage, and after my feet were scrubbed with the purple pumice rectangle things that they used, I watched the man give the thing no more than a quick rinse before putting it back into a communal bucket with the other tools. Meaning not only are they reusing the pumice on everybody's feet, they are barely washing it or sanitizing it between use. Absolutely disgusting. With as cheap as these things are, you should be able to use a new one for each customer! I can buy them on Amazon for $8.00 for a 4 pack which is about $2.00 each. I'm sure they would be far less when purchase in bulk for a salon. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you want to end up with a foot fungus. On top of that, only one coat of polish was used, it is already chipping after less than 48 hours. For $50.00 + $10.00 tip I expect more, and I will take my business where they actually care about their guests. read more

My first time visiting this nail shop was Saturday Sept 2nd. The gentleman that greeted me was aggressive before I could even get through the door, asking me what services that I need, when I was finally able to get out what I needed he had me sit at a station where another gentleman came to service me who immediately started taking my polish off before he could hear my request when I asked if I could pick my color before he remove the color because I was doing the same color over again he disappear for more than 15 minutes. Another gentleman then asked me was I finished and I told him no I was waiting they it all then started to speak in their language yelling across the salon. The gentleman came back, remove my polish, and then told me he didn't know how to do dip so I had to move to another station keep in mind I had explain to the man at the door and this man as soon as I sit down that I prefer dip versus acrylic overlay. The young lady did a pretty good job. However, I was convinced that my nails were not dry which was absolutely the truth because within 24 hours my polish was chipped me today, September 7. I decided to go back and get both nails repaired again. I was greeted aggressively told that I didn't have dip on my nails that it was an overlay, and that I didn't know what color polish I had, or when I had clearly taken a picture from the previous visit, the gentleman and then decided to tell me that the reason that my nails didn't dry because I didn't have them under the light properly. He said that you're supposed to rest your fingers on the bar inside of the light which I have never heard of he then told me he's been doing nails for 25 years and this is his job. He knows what he's doing. Needless to say if I ever decide to go back, it will be neither of the three gentlemen that I've had previous encounters with horrible customer service and I agree with all of the feedback on this page. They really need some customer service training. read more

Came in after reading reviews I figured I had a 50-50 shot was greeted by someone they told me to sit at station six then the lady at station six comes over talking in her language looking at my hands basically walks away ....lady that sent me then says come back over here I said oh I'm sorry is this a bad time ?!?!....nobody's in the place so I'm kind of confused why the other first lady doesn't want to do my nails...so I ask... well I'm told that she's tired.... ok.... so then she proceeds to keep talking in her language from across the room why don't you just go take a nap and be quiet.... very strange and awkward to say the least. Fast forward hein le takes care of me and does a good job which is why I gave a three star instead of a one for the way I was treated when I came in. I would never come here again due to the unprofessionalism of the other staff ...not sure who the owner is but if they knew what was right they would get rid of the lady in the baseball hat with the long pony tail at station 6. As far as the other people leaving reviews that they keep wanting to do other services I totally witnessed that as well from another lady that came in basically said she wanted acrylics and the guy kept wanting to put gel on the acrylics I don't know how many times she kept telling him no I only want acrylics and he just kept going at it ...I don't like high pressure sales like that either. Fairly disappointed in this service. I walked in on a busy Sunday morning, so a wait was definitely expected. When I came in, I was told to pick a color and have a seat in the pedicure chair. There was water in the basin but it was ice cold. I stuck my feet in it, not expecting it to be freezing and then promptly took my feet out. I sat there for about 15mins freezing, with the door open and wind blowing on my cold (and now wet) feet. Eventually, someone did come and put warm water in the basin, but at that point my feet had no time to soak before my pedi started. The tech barely did any removal of callus'. She also clipped my toenails crooked and left sharp edges. I have poor eye-sight so I can't really see my toes from that far away so I didn't notice the sharp edges and crooked filing until I got home and my husband said something. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE place! Decided to get a pedicure before going on vacation a few weeks ago. The guy at this salon cut my big toe nails too short and even though I said "Ouch! That hurts!" he couldn't leave the snaggly nails hanging so then he had to pull them out like they were ingrown toenails-which they weren't! HE DID BOTH OF THEM THIS WAY! They started to bleed but he just rinsed them with water and proceeded to polish them. My kids could have polished my nails neater than this guy. Fast forward three weeks later and I'm taking antibiotics for the infections! WORST NAIL SALON EVER! read more

This is my second time coming to this nail salon and I remember the first time being a pleasant experience so I came again and was very disappointed. I came for a full set of acrylics and most of their polishes were dried out. I found this beautiful purple color only for it to be completely empty so I had to settle for a bright red because all of the other colors looked dull and rusty. When the nail tech started filing my acrylics I noticed almost half of the acrylics were crooked. I pointed it out to the nail tech and she snapped at me and told me she wasn't done. SCAMERS! Went there for a fill and they have no good nail polish colors just shellac so of course I had to get that cuz I wasn't paining my nails dark green or black. The lady said I do you for $20. Okay. So I come back a few weeks later for new set of nails $25 for a set and I had to get shellac again now this time it's $38. I asked her why is it $13 dollars now for shellac I paid $5 last time. I can't give them my business anymore. I choose them based on location but every time I go for nails I am disappointed (eyebrows are okay). They always try to blame the previous place I went to get my full-set but it's always them so that proves their untrustworthiness. It's almost as if they dispute every request with what they feel is better advice without any regard to customer request. The last time I was there a young girl and her mother came with a complaint and they were so rude and argumentative with them I told myself I wasn't going back purely because of that incident. These people were super nice in here, on the quiet side really, but I can't say I felt comfortable because it felt unsanitary. Came in for a pedi but I didn't see them scrub the tub after me, so I'm sure they didn't before me, (so disturbing), and they reuse the toe spacers and those styrofoam flip flops, (even more disturbing). Every time I got to a pedicure place I bring my own foot scrub and polish and flip flops but now I guess I'll have to remember to bring toe spacers or ask them to use paper towel. read more

If i could give 0 stars I would. They do not stay open for hours displayed at the location or online. I drove up today at 615pm and a woman flipped the CLOSED sign up. Posted hours said open til 730pm. I then ask them...what is a patron supposed to do then besides go elsewhere when we cannot make an appointment and cannot walk in at posted hours?? Very unprofessional. I won't be disappointed if this place closes. It seems they have gotten a little full of themselves. They should be appreciative of local and repeat customers instead of disappointing them with unprofessionalism. read more
