I just went for my 2nd time. I made an appt with my previous tech and was given someone else. There were three ladies in there doing lashes with three clients and they literally were talking the entire time! I literally almost got up and left. I couldn't take it. It's already rough enough to sit still for two hours, but when people are talking nonstop, it was unbearable! How is this OK to talk amongst yourselves in a big room for two straight hours? I love my lashes! I wanted them a bit fuller like a volume set and they turned out exactly like that!! My lash artist was SO sweet and quick they were done in a couple hours!! More than just lashes. KV lash more offers then lashes, they also offer head spa services. It was a mixed review between my husband and I. It was our first time and i absolutely enjoyed it. My husband on the other hand expected a more sensational, relaxing massage. I did buy two gift cards for my kids. This would be a great stocking stuffer. I called and made an appointment due to a cancellation 4 times with another business. The lady who helped me over the phone was very helpful and I explained my situation to her and told her exactly what I wanted and she guaranteed that I would be paired with a master tech. I was treating myself for my birthday since I never had extensions done so I was excited. When I went there I check in on the iPad and the lash tech asked what I wanted and I explained to her that over the phone I was told I'd be paired with a master tech, she had no idea what I was talking about. Since I never had them done I told her I wanted anime lashes and she did not know even though I showed her a picture, she insisted that she would make them look natural and not so big because I did not want them dramatic. Appointment goes well and even though it was not how I wanted them they looked nice. 2 weeks later I come for a fill, I did not have an appointment but I put walk in on the iPad. Other people came and were called by their names for their appointment. It just so happened the same lash tech that did mine the first time came out and did not call my name but looked at the tablet and said she was ready for me. I reminded her what she did last time and she said she remembered me. So she begins cleaning my eyes, tapes everything down and is about to start, then one of her coworkers go to the front and they start talking in their language and then she ask me what my name is, I tell her and then they talk some more. Then she removes everything off me and tells me you do not have an appointment, you need to make one and that no one is available til the next day and leaves. I'm so upset, on the verge of crying because like I said it was a birthday gift to myself and I wanted to maintain the lashes and avoid paying the full price as i just needed the fill. I call the number and the same lady I talked to the first time answered and I explained to her what happened, she's in disbelief and assures me if I text the owner that he would do something to make up for it. I texted and explained everything and I got left on read. No answer and no apology. I don't know if I will ever come back to this place. read more

I brought my daughter in for a headspa treatment. As we walked in, the ladies at the front desk ask me to check in at the iPad by the front door but only the Home Screen with all the apps was displayed and it wasn't obvious on what to select, so I was trying to let them know but they asked again to check in on the iPad. They seemed frustrated and then asked for the name for the appointment and asked us to take a seat. When the technician called my daughter into the back room, I asked if I could be the room with her because she was a minor, but the technician declined as she said that they had limited space. The room had two set head spa stations and there was no other appointment going on at the same time. After the treatment, I asked my daughter if she liked it and she informed me that during the appointment the technician had taken a phone call and also the part that she was looking forward to didn't even happen. Like she had seen through the advertisements, she was looking forward to the use of the crown faucet and how it would've felt against her head, but to her disappointment, it wasn't even used at all. She expressed that this would not be a location that she would come to again or recommend for a headspa treatment. We looked into other options and will give Clevante Scalp Oasis in Elk Grove a try next time. read more

I remember when they first opened and it was a little sketchy. But over the past year, they added more chairs and it looks a lot nicer. I didn't think I would come here again and again. At first I kept asking for a lash style that didn't suit my eye shape. It was too big and I would have to wait a couple weeks until I felt good. This is when I knew the way she does lashes has good retention. Amazing technique. To be fair, she has never failed at delivering what I ask for so that's definitely a plus. After I figured out what I want, Min is so good at making me feel so cute! 10/10. I'll keep coming back for Min whenever I'm in stockton. Yes I went to this KV last studio and I used to have a girl that Work there did great work her name was Kim and I kept on asking for her and they said she was on vacation so they gave me somebody else the person that did my lashes did a horrible job they were falling out within a day I went back for repairs and asked again for my last lash girl and again they lied said she was on vacation come to find out she's at another location and on top of that they lied to her saying that I complained about her I think this place is very unprofessional and they need better attitudes and there's no reason for them to lie that's why I'm writing this with you not only is there Work no good but they lie to the clients I wouldn't recommend them if if you wanna spend money worthless. I started doing my lashes again and was hesitant as not a lot of places can do extensions up to my liking, but im glad i found k&v in stockton because i can trust a lash tech to give me what im exactly looking for! My lash artist is Linh and she's really patient and kind, listens and gives me exactly what i want with my lashes. I wish you could do have Star options. I would give 2.5 stars out of five. Studio was clean, relaxing atmosphere with recliners for the customers while they get their lashes done. However, I felt that I made it clear that I didn't want large volumes of lashes. I didn't want the fake lash look. You know looking like you put on false eyelashes at home. During the process my eye lid was cut. Now my eye is sore. When I told her that it was way to much. The tech giggles like it's funny! Now am four hours afterwards and they are falling off. No touching them or putting anything on them. I guess the upside to some of them falling out is maybe they won't so full and fake. If you are into totality fake looking eyelashes then this is you place. But $130 for them to already falling out is a waste of money. I won't be returning. read more

I found my Lash Artist!!! Min at K&V!!! I'd been trekking to the Bay for months to have my lash extensions applied. (Gas, my people. Gas!!!) I had to find someone quick because I deliberately let all of my lashes loose-off and I started to look like I just didn't care. And that's never a good look. I Yelped and Yelped and found K&V. Checked out the pics and saw that Min's work is beautiful. I figured I'd give her a try. And I'm so happy I did!!! Min was ahead of time for our appointment. There are picture guides on the wall where she asks you what is you like. She doesn't just point. She actually takes her time, walks you to the guides and has a discussion on your desired style. You sit in these comfy chairs that recline to a bed and Min begins. She doesn't talk at all. I absolutely love that part. She creates her lash art and I get to fully relax. "Meditate much?" I used to get my lash extension done few years ago somewhere else but whenever I stressed out, I pull my them out. Until I realized I barely got lashes left. I did wait for more than a year for them to grow and finally get it done. I went to KV Lash today to finally get my lashes done after getting so many rave reviews from my coworkers and friends. I checked their page on facebook as well as instagram to see post-pictures and I was actually amazed with the outcome. I went there as a walk in customer at 2pm but they were busy at that time. I managed to get a same day appointment with Linh at 5pm. She explained to me the different types of lashes, from natural, classic, wispy, volume and mega volume as well as how long I want them to be and if I want it doll-eyes, cat eye, etc etc. The place is spacious, I love the reclining chair for customers, it was actually comfortable. I knew I was snoring as soon as they started putting those lashes. Linh was very gentle, I could barely feel her doing my lashes and I was surprised when she said I was done. I love how my lashes look!!! She did a hybrid wispy and gave life to my "barely-there" lashes! She explained some after-care instructions, what to do, what not to do and also a back up lash brush for me to fix it if needed. Linh was very nice and accommodating.
