After considering lash extensions for a while, I found Littles Lashes on Groupon. Lash extensions can be costly so finding a deal on Groupon made me take the leap. I really appreciate business owners who make something like this affordable. It makes giving something a try, less scary. Making an appointment was easy! I was able to make my appointment online, but I could have also done that by phone. This is convenient for people who have questions or just want to make an appointment the old fashioned way. A nice personal touch, for sure! I was able to get an appointment much sooner than I expected. Appointment times are convenient and Danielle, has two Little Lashes locations. I was so excited for my appointment that I was just waiting for it. But I received a reminder and this is great for people who are much busier than I. Communication was easy and professional and clear. I really wanted natural looking lashes. And by that, I meant, I barely wanted much more than I have. I am a lady in my late 40's. I don't need the beautiful butterfly eyelashes than some of the younger ladies wear so nicely. I was worried that lash extensions would look "too much" but Danielle seemed to know exactly what I wanted. And when she was done... WOW!! I couldn't believe how perfect she got them! I really wanted subtle and she did an incredible job! They're soft and even better than I had hoped! She even offered to give them more volume if I decided that I wanted more. I can't comment on the work but I can on the customer service I called for a appointment and was given a 8 pm appointment drove to the location in the hood a female by myself in the dark called to say I was there for the lady to tell me she thought I was in San Jose because of my Bay Area number she said she would call to reschedule but never did so I called her back so she rescheduled me for 8am Sunday morning I pulled up at 7:58 and she texted me she left her supplies in San Jose are rather her glue ‍so once again I'm out on another failed mission not to mention I work 10 hrs days so I'm tired asf!! Traveling for rotations allowed me to find Danielle through yelp and she is amazing!!!. She actually works In San Jose but does lashes from the convenience of her home in Stockton on her days off. So glad that I found her. I've been through my share of lash artists and I must say she definitely knows what she is doing. She does classic, mix, and volume lashes. I got the volume lashes and have absolutely no complaints. Very happy with her work. I highly recommend her. I will definitely come back to her whenever I'm in the area or passing by. I met Danielle through an interest in an eyelash course to learn to do lashes as a second source of income. She was nice, and offered me a 1 day course to train and learn to " lash" She provided a model. She was paid cash, and requested payment in full. During the eyelash course, for the 1st half of the am, she lashed, I watched & we broke for lunch. After lunch I lashed, & she continued to speak @ personal endeavors regarding close friends whose children / souls were hospitalized. I as a christian prayed with her, but felt very uncomfortable as I paid over $ 500.00 for this " lash course" I then was told I could work @ her stockton location she rents from a "Chiropractor" to gain clients. Then she would go 1/2 on clients, leaving me with no profit. Her shifts were less than part time, and no one can make a full time living off of this. She then lied and said I don't have a " real cosmotology license" there for the chiropractor can't " allow" eyelash certificates. There was also no certificate, & I had to go back and forth with her for 3 months and she cancelled 3 times. The last time, I did not want to deal with her anymore, as she always had an excuse or something to do. She stole over $500.oo in eyelash training and it is not fair or of god. This is a professional acquaintance and all she did was breakdown with personal issues and I paid for this 1 day training. and learned nothing. I reported her to the better business bureau complaint # 177313022.Public Information. She then did block me on social media. I stopped responding. She offered to re train me, but I do not feel comfortable. I requested my money back and be in peace and she blocked me and refused to refund the total amount with deposit. She mentions her " lash kit is worth " the total amount she charged me and I said its brand new you can have it back and there is no certificate and this is a scam. This is not women empowerment. This morally, ethically wrong and its not my fault she had personal issues. Please do not get your lashes done or learn to lash" as it is against the law to place lashes with out a estititian license. Any questions, please contact me. 209-618-0555 I feel she took advantage of my vulnerable situation and she did not provide the service she wrongfully collected $ 700 dollars, with deposit. I have text messages and screen shots of my conversations with her. This is wrong!!! and she lies and stole my money. Unfortunately as sweet as Danielle is and the great job she does, she is way to flaky of a business woman. I started seeing her in January and she did a great job. However, every appointment afterwards there was an issue of her not making it a couple times I had to reschedule due to her car breaking down and a couple other appointments she just forgot about. If I lived in the same area that I have to drive an hour to get to her that would be one thing, but I drive over an hour to see her and it isn't right that not only do I waste my time, but I have to pay for the gas. The last job she did was horrible, she left a big gap in my left eye and my right eye the lashes did anything but curl and fell out within 5 days. Ladies pay a lot of money for lashes and dependability is a key. Just didn't find it with Danielle. read more

I started going to Danielle when I noticed a girl's lashes where I get my nails done. Her lashes were gorgeous and she was gracious enough to share Danielle's name! The girl who had previously done my lashes had used so much glue, I could hardly remove them even though I used tons of coconut oil. It took Danielle quite a while to get them off!!
