I called Southern and they told me despite being booked and not supposed to take in anything new to get it there and they would get it in before the holiday. They put the injectors in my car but could not get my car running. They checked the compression of my motor after they put new injectors in ,and told me my motor was no good. They stuck me with the injectors and charged me $1300.00 for a job they did not fix.

They were waiting for me when I got there. Water pumped had failed. Parts store closed. Gave me a ride to a nearby motel. By the time I walked to the shop after breakfast Saturday morning truck was already on the rack with a new pump getting installed. We needed to have a vehicle towed after it was unable to be started. We called AAA and they sent…read moreout a tow truck from this company. The time it took for him to arrive was acceptable. That's where anything positive ended. First, he was rough with the vehicle, hitting the chains against it and handling it like it was a junker. He worked very quickly but not carefully. The garage was 3.2 miles from where the vehicle was towed from. The driver claimed he made a "wrong turn" and the trip ended up being just over 3.5 miles, which isn't a huge issue except he could charge more for going over the half mile mark. That short of a distance from start to finish should not result in a "wrong turn." The garage we had it towed to requested the vehicle be placed at a certain place. The tow truck driver was uncooperative with this request, and placed it where he felt like placing it. As he was removing our vehicle from the tow bed, he did not fully lower the bed and dropped our vehicle a foot onto the ground, causing the rear wheels to bottom out. Completely unacceptable. While we did file a complaint with AAA and the tow company, the tow company was just a single entity and the driver was the owner, who did not offer any kind of apology. In fact, he hung up mid-discussion. I would never trust my vehicle to this company for anything. The kind of service we received was rude and disrespectful. We've had other tows from AAA which were wonderful and when the time comes to need one again, we will be sure to request that this company NOT be dispatched. Treating someone's personal property so poorly creates a very negative image. I want to share this so that others' don't suffer the same experience.

First time I'd been to Complete Auto. They were outstanding! They let me know it was going to take some time to ID the issue and fix it. They helped me find a rental car. They kept me informed of progress. They explained the options and downstream implications for each one. My truck runs like it's brand new. They talked to me like they knew I could understand what they were saying. And I didn't need a second mortgage to pay the bill. They get my vote for auto mechanic for life!

Every step was documented (with photos). The price was very reasonable considering their level of professionalism and their obvious attention to detail. Las week they did the Inspection on my 2025 BRZ. It was fast, efficient and fairly priced. To be honest, they have a "Boxerhead" on staff (who drives a mean little WRX) and that added to my comfort level. Blair is the service manager and he is a genuine gearhead. He spotted the mods on my Outback and we spent at least ten minutes laughin' and scratchin' and talkin' about sway bars and such. I can't say enough good thing about this place when it comes to Subie service.
