Brought several pants to be tailored, and they did an outstanding job with those. I was especially impressed with the jeans, where they added back the original frayed hem. Came in to get my wedding tux, my wife's wedding dress and veil dry cleaned. After noting some of the areas that needed and to be delicate with the items, the dry cleaner assured us that the items would be done separate. My dress shirt still has marks on it and the dry cleaner at the time of pick up told us that "you dry clean at your own risk." The veil which was supposed to be done separately ripped where the hair clip is. The wedding dress came back tangled, and with lint and hairs stuck to it. Hairs that are not my wife's. Very pleased I found this cleaner on YELP. I had reached out on the app in search of a cleaner in SJ that cleaned leather jackets. Very hard to find these days, many have stopped dealing with leather items or charge a heavy fee. I expanded my search to Morgan Hill and came across this cleaner. Made a call first and was told to bring the leather jacket in for assessment. Friendly service, gentlemen at the counter was very pleasant. He determined the cost- a little over $90, reasonable as other places charged $150!!! , then was told it would take approx 2 weeks as they outsource to a special facility that treats leather. Signed a form they would not be responsible for any issues with the treatment and prepaid. After 2 weeks, I followed up for pick up and came late am, but was not aware pick up was after 3pm. The jacket was not available. I had to come back days later, because it was quite a drive for me. Realized afterwards it's stated on the counter for pick up times. Despite that, I was very happy with how the jacket turned out. My husband loved his gift! Thank you! read more

Being I was only a day from the event at that point I called and presented my problem to Sadeem who after told me to bring it in and he'll fix it and have it ready before I leave the next day. I brought my shirt in on a Thursday and they had it ready on the following Tuesday. After the fact I was told to get patches sewn on across the street at the Quilt store by Dollartree. So I went to that store to get my daughters scout patches sewn on. Literally a dollar per patch, minimum five patches. So it cost me five bucks to get five patches sewn on. I paid these guys to sew my patches on my uniform. I asked for them to be centered over the pockets. The tailor they use isn't skilled enough to do that. My uniforms went back and forth due to the poor job that was done. Ultimately, I paid 70+ dollars to them and they could not measure and see them on properly. Ans basically said I was too pickey and too bad. I would not recommend them to anyone. Now I have to go spend more money to fix their mistakes and get it done right. Horrible service and no sense of responsibility. Do not waste your money with them. They are only looking for easy money jobs and when there's an issue, too bad they don't make it right. read more

I spent over $200 on a Tweed material business jacket that was sewn shut in the front and could only be "slipped on" and it ripped after the first wear in several places. I took it in to Morgan Hill Discount cleaners to have the jacket altered to open in the front, and have the rips around the seams in the front and back repaired. $35 and a week later I got a brand new, and better jacket back. I brought 2 high end dresses. One of them was stained a bit and asked to get it removed. When I picked it up, the stains looked exactly the same as when I dropped it off. The man said it was my risk to take?? still charged me $18 per dress! I can't even tell if they were even treated. Worst service experience I ever had at cleaners. I don't dry clean many clothes anymore, as most fabrics are washable if you follow the instructions. I do need mending and alterations from time to time, which is a service they provide. I have used them for 5 items to mend so far. The work is professional and very good. It is preferable to buying a new item by far. Very cost effective. Nice owner at the counter.
