I was met with excuses as to why the work wasn't done, and asked to have my PC returned to me. I was refused. The jackass in the picture was the low-brow individual I had to deal with. Nonsense insults were hurled at me the entire time. He said that he could "kick my ass", and threatened to throw a TV down the stairs at me (see picture 2!). Then, when the police arrived, he told them I had assaulted him. I captured the entire interaction on video and was quickly able to prove him wrong. I did not receive my computer back until 6 days despite being told this would take 2-3. Get a work ethic, get your shit together, and learn to act professional.
