"Flowers as art" was so fitting and I knew she would have loved them. However, despite advertising on their website that they deliver outside of NYC and/or the Tri-state, I was met with an email stating the delivery location was too far to accommodate. "Tri-state" means New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. My best friend is 25 miles from their Harlem location in NJ. Very unfortunate and quite disappointing.
