I have used several tree services over the years, and while I have had good experiences with all of them, none have been as efficient, professional, and impressive as Witkowski & Sons. The crew today consisted of Joe, the leader, along with Abel and Willy. From the moment they arrived, they were friendly, professional, courteous, and extremely careful--especially around my septic fields, which was very important to me. I watched them from my window, and I couldn't get over how hard they worked--and yet they made it look almost effortless. They worked as a team, knew exactly what they were doing, and took great care with my property. When they were finished, everything was cleaned up beautifully. My only advice to anyone considering Witkowski & Sons is this: If you have to wait for them, they are absolutely worth the wait. I will definitely be calling them again in the future. In fact, I already want them back to do some light pruning of several rare ornamental trees in the front of my property. I trust them completely with my trees and my property. And a special word about Joe: he is stellar. His work ethic, professionalism, politeness, and genuinely friendly manner make him a tremendous asset to the company. He told me Tiffanie would reach back out to schedule. In the meantime, I arranged for the deep-root fertilizing. After more than a week passed and I had not heard back from Tiffanie, I reached out. My message went completely unanswered. So, I was ghosted by this company. I don't waste other people's time, and I take exception when other's waste mine. It's a total lack of professionalism and common courtesy. Moreover, it's a hell of a way [not] to run a business! I see from reading through other reviews on here that I'm not the first and only customer to complain of this specific issue with this company. Beware! They will steal YOUR time! Update 6/7/26: They just proved my point by responding to this review 10 months after it was posted. It would seem that timeliness escapes these folks at every turn. Too bad their recall of the facts faded so much with the passage of time! I left my original review after a week elapsed between my reaching out via phone and text to both Tiffanie and John. The following morning at the start of business, Tiffanie began psycho-calling and texting me, leaving hysterical voice messages and sending repeated texts. Suddenly, she had plenty of time on her hands. I was forced to block their numbers in order to stop the harassment and to be able to continue with my own business day.

They actually left us a big box full of manuals and instructions, so the info. might be somewhere in there. God works in mysterious ways... I really needed an irrigation specialist to teach me how to use the system and, most importantly, to Winterize the system when the time comes. Pedro wrote my name and all contact info for me to become a new customer. He also walked me through the whole setup of the system and found one leaking pipe, which he immediately fixed. I have never owned a house with an irrigation system so I truly appreciate Pedro's professionalism and knowledge about the system, besides being a very friendly person who did not seemed rushed to get out of here to another job. J&J Brothers is the worst dumpster company I've ever used. After renting 10k dollars worth of…read moredumpsters from them over the past year, the driver showed up last week, loaded a dumpster on the truck incorrectly, and insisted it was the fault of my workers because of how they filled it. He then opened the dumpster door, dumped a huge pile of debris on my driveway, dropped the dumpster, and left. When I informed the company that they needed to take the dumpster away, the driver came back and - for some unknown reason -dropped another dumpster on the city sidewalk and my front lawn. My guys spent the next day and a half cleaning up the mess.
