Sam assured me he could take care of it. While we were talking, he asked if I had a minute and told me to just stand by. He took my sample shirt, duplicated the embroidery, and had me back out the door in about 15 minutes, even though he was already busy. What really stood out to me was not only the quality and speed of the service, but the way Sam treated everyone who walked through the door. While I was waiting, I overheard him helping another customer who was having trouble deciding what size uniforms to get for her kids. Instead of simply telling her what to buy, he suggested she take a couple of different sizes home to have her kids try them on and bring back whichever ones didn't work. That kind of customer service says a lot about a business. This place has that old school, neighborhood, business feel where people genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. It's becoming increasingly rare, and it's refreshing to see. Sam went above and beyond for me when I was in a bind and, honestly, saved my ass. Fast, professional, accommodating, and genuinely customer focused. I highly recommend this place and will absolutely be back.
