I found this place through Jasmine Facebook post. Jasmine was very communicative and respectful. She is the one advertising her father business, and because of her I was able to get a few things on my sash for a great amount price compared to other places. The sash turned out really nice and was completed within a week and did a good job, and I'm grateful. However, her father, the one that does the embroidery, was coming off rude. When figuring out the placement of the design he seemed annoyed and was rushing. I understand we were late because we got lost, but we did communicate that right away. During pickup, he kept asking why we rang the doorbell multiple times, even though we only rang it once, and continued insisting that we did. When handing over the sash he placed it in a plastic bag and when I assumed it was included he asked for it back in a tone that came across rude again. I understand it's graduation time and probably busy, however be kind. I would still recommend because of Jasmine and the quality of the work, just be aware. read more

I scheduled an "appointment" through Facebook marketplace. I was told that the time slot I picked was ok and to just ring the doorbell when I got there. When I got there, the owner (i'm assuming) was helping someone else and there were still 2 others waiting before me. I waited 30 mins outside before I left. If you are going to be making "appointments," abide by the times you give your customers and don't overbook. I understand it's peak graduation season but don't give false hope for those who go out of their way to give you business. read more

The service was amazing. There were constant check ups to make sure the placements and sizes of the photos fit perfectly on the sash. The sash came out perfect and I got lots of compliments on it! The wait for the sash was not too long. It was about two weeks which is pretty fast. Highly recommend this place! read more

If you want to get custom embroidery on your sash, this is the place to go. The shop owner's daughter advertised her father's services on my school's fb page. Communicating with her was quick and easy since she let me know what options I have to customize my sash. The owner will let you know if he will charge you extra for placement but overall it's very affordable. read more

This place is perfect! I came in and the owner did my graduation sash in literally an hour. My friend also came with me and he finished his in an hour. Upon coming in, you should really contact him if you have any questions. I know it doesn't look amazing outside or inside but the work he does on your sash is amazing! He walks you through the design, what color thread you want and how you want your name, major, to be placed. Then, he would tell you to go outside (a bit weird I know) and he would bring out a print out to show you what it would look like. Once you approve it, you can go out for coffee/lunch and in an hour, it would be ready. Usually it takes a day so keep that in mind if you decide to do it with KMS. I am sure he is busy with other projects so be patient if he takes a bit longer!!! For $7 each patch, its seriously affordable. USC was charging per letter and it was just crazy in terms of price. There are other places that do it for roughly the same price but this place was just closer to me. :P I would say that this place is definitely student-budget friendly. Bonus points if you speak Cantonese because the owner is from Hong Kong and was a bit more opened to me when Cantonese came out of my mouth. Overall, cool guy, good work, and affordable for a college student! I would contact him again if I need anymore embroidery done. :) read more

I took my sash here to be embroidered for my graduation and I was pretty much happy with how it turned out. $40 got me quite a bit of writing. I wish they hadn't messed up on the spacing of my name but I didn't bother to mention it because I figured I could just put something there to fill in and it wasn't that much of a big deal. I would say definitely make sure to double check how it looks before you leave but the man who runs the store was so kind so I still definitely suggest taking your sash to be embroidered here. He questioned me why I'm calling again when he already gave me a quote for last name to be embroider in back of the hoodie. I said no sir this is my 1st time calling and all I need is first name printed on the front part of the jacket. He made it seem as if the consumer was bothering him with calls. Kids are graduating high school soon and need touch ups on jackets or things need to be added. Seems like YOU ARE IN THE WRONG BUSINESS!
