Teensy tiny shop with sweet ladies who know where everything is. Low prices, but a limited selection. Some of the stuff seems vintage but it's all mixed up in a big grab bag. There is not enough room to walk around but they will find what you need very quickly. Fast, cheap, and pretty good. There is no sign on the building so keep your eyes open. read more

I love this mom n pop like fabric store. Organza $1 a yard, satin $2 a yard, cotton $1, plain fleece $2, cartooned fleece $3, lace 3 yards $1, zippers 4 for $1. Its very small, cluttered and not organized but its cheap and the owner is very sweet. She always helps me locate what I need and has the most patience since most people come in there and nickle and dime her and stay for a long time. Its CASH only. She now taxes she never did before. Parking on the street or back of the building Next to Mr. Rice Has a bus stop in front (basically on the corner of Muskatel & Garvey) Does not have a sign in front DEFINITELY a HIDDEN JEM! hOpE! A super small, well-hidden gem of a discount fabric store. It's kind of hard to find things (and even move around) in the crowded store, which is piled floor to ceiling with rolls of fabric... I don't recommend coming here if you have a dust allergy. Even though it's a little overwhelming, the store owner is super helpful and knows what kinds of fabric are in the shop. Each yard was around $2-3 and he gave us a lot of discounts. If I ever come back to California I'll definitely visit this place again. read more

The fabric was really cheap! I got 36 yards of fleece for $3 each. The customer service was great. She took her time cutting each color / amount yards I needed & was nice about it. I struggled with choosing the colors I wanted so she offered feedback which was great. She even helped carried all the fleece into the car. This is now my go to fabric store! read more

Yesterday was my second time going here! This is now my all time favorite fabric store ! It's hard to find fabric stores around in SGV area, but this is the place!!! Owner is so kind - I spent almost 45 mins in there going through almost each and every fabric, one thing I love about this place is not just the fabric and price - but the respect / personal space they give you as a customer! I apologized to him because I felt like I was taking to long, but he didn't mind one bit! Told me to take my time and he went back to the front of the store and sat down doin his own thing! Spent about $31 for 12 yards of fabric, 3 yards of lace, and 4 zippers! My first time here also - the lady was so kind also! Love this place lots!! read more

Visited this place today just out of curiosity, plus I needed to buy some denim to make mask. Love this store...it's a hole in the wall but found what I needed and more. I bought 10 yards of fabric for under $25. If I would have gone to Joann's that would have been $100 or more. You might need to dog and be patient, you may find what you are looking for. read more

The owner are nice people. Your first impression when you get to the door...Yea, the place is quite overwhelmed due to dirty floor & filthy of dust. Their fabrics are good price. Some nice & beautiful prints. But some fabrics may be low quality printing. The color fade after first wash test. I buy a lot from them. But just need to test the fabrics if you are doing some nice projects. Better off pay a little more. I had purchased few printed fabrics last couple months and had some bad experience with bad stains that can't wash off. So can't complain when price is too good, you don't get great quality. Also I hope they can take time to clean up & organize the fabrics. They got lots of fabrics that are sitting behind the shelf. You can't really look through it cuz it's too many. They could've sell some of the fabrics sitting behind there. Otherwise, come get what you need, inexpensive fabrics, some good prints & colors all for the good price. Low prices. For a small shop it has a good amount of upholstery and drapery fabrics. (Not claiming to be a good judge as to whether these fabric patterns are "on-trend.")
