We go to Mymy for great designs and fast service, but haven't been able to get her service even with booked appointments. The last straw was last week when she bailed on my daughter's long standing Prom nails and just didn't even show up. They put my daughter with what they deemed as a "competent technician" but her nails were poor and ruined her Prom nails completely. I only had an hour to get them done and if I had known Mymy wasn't there I could have scheduled at a different salon with someone reliable. I can't keep booking appts to have them disregarded by a long standing client. Mymy never even responded to my texts where I expressed discontent and I feel devalued as a client completely. I need to take my money elsewhere. Bailing on my daughter's prom nails and having them turn out so poorly without even a response was literally sadly the last straw and I can't be back spending my hard earned money there.
