I found my nail place in the valley! I knew when calling to make an appointment, the lady called me "honey." Made an appointment for a mani pedi at 6:15. Only took 5-7 minutes to drive there from my house. Came in and the lady in the front had me pick a color - picked a pink OPI color and they sat me down. There were maybe 3-4 other customers there. A lady started on my feet right away - already a good sign. I've found some places tend to overbook and I've had to wait. It had been a while since I got a pedicure so it hurt a little. But she did a good job, didn't say much though. The girl who did my manicure, Kelly was super nice and talkative and also did a good job. Great nail spot, will be back now that it's covid safe!

I have been coming here for over a year and i am never disappointed, the staff is all great and are always super friendly, happy and really care about all their guests. The staff here exceeds my expectations. Daisy and her team are efficient and always get the job done right. Everyone is also pretty fun to talk to and get conversations going with their customers. Getting my nails done here is definitely a treat! I am excited over my holiday nails done by Daisy.

I was rushing to get my nails done on my lunch break and I made an appointment with Daisy. This woman is a blessing for the nail world! She is kind, strikes up conversation, works efficiently, and actually cares about how you want your nails to turn out. I finally found my nail technician! Daisy is amazing! This place is the best nail salon I have found while living in LA. I'm so sad to move. I have had my nails done by every nail tech here but recently Daisy has helped me with my last three sets and they have come out perfect every time. I get so many compliments lately on ever set too. They are so nice and great at what they do. I am typically working during their hours of operation, but they have been flexible to stay after hours with a set appointment. Even after hours they do their best work and don't rush you. Seriously book your next appointment here.

I came here to get a pedicure with friends. When a nail tech started on my friends gel pedi she got out new tools and opened them up from new packaging. She then lifted up a box and put some tools away and then kept the new tools. Or so I thought, however her next moves made me super suspicious. When she moved on to me she opened the "new tools" and then tilted her cart so I couldn't see what she was doing. She moved some tools to the back and put other tools in the front. When she pulled out the cuticle nippers they had a red mark on them and they didn't have a cover like the new ones I just saw in the package. She tried to use an old pair on me so I stopped her and asked for new tools. She showed me the wrapping that she threw away and insisted they were new and clean. However when I pointed out they had no cover and she had put the new tools toward the back, her male coworker chimed in and said that they were new and explained to me that they get rusty when they get autoclaved. Which is not true and I knew he was lying as a science college graduate. He then went on to unnecessarily explain/make up something about the tools to try to deter me from protesting and pushing forward with my gut feeling. When I responded and said "we'll why is she the only one with her tools covered so I can't see it. And why does it not have a cover on the tool when I just saw it did" and it was silent after that. I then added "something ain't adding up". And again silence. The nail tech then got up and got a new file and scrubber. While she did that I leaned over to look at her cart and saw the new tools in the back and the old tools marked with some type of red marker were toward the front toward her. She just pretended to open the new ones but had no intention to use them. That's why she has it covered. She also had a used nail File that she had set ready to use on me. I knew it was used because it had the white marks on it from someone else's nails being filed. I'm super big on hygiene and I can't believe she tried to lie to me and then her coworker stepped in to try to gaslight me and boost her lie. I saw the proof with my own eyes. And she even proved my point by going to get new clean tools. Honestly such bull!! I still paid my full price of The pedicure and even tipped when they gave me horrible service. However I will say she was talented and my pedicure was very nice. But the hygiene is a big no no. Below I attached a pic of her shady cart. And if I get a foot fungus there is going to be a BIG problem

Came here after work on Thursday evening around 5. Not busy at all but I did call a few hours before to confirm they had time for me. Acrylic overlay fill with gel mani and regular pedi. I was out by like 6:30 at the latest. Didn't get the name of the guy who did my nails but he did an amazing job and shaped my nails perfectly. Lady who did my pedi did well also. Overall it was good, total of $55 I think. I've paid less for same quality but most places in the valley are around that price.

I got an acrylic full set done by Ann for my homecoming and she was so amazing!! I absolutely loved them. She was extra careful and really payed attention to making sure they were all perfect. Amazing service and the biggest sweetheart I highly recommend requesting her!

Went to this location for the first time. I liked the service and the way my nails came out. How ever i didn't appreciate that the whole time while my nails were getting done there was a man standing next to nail tech just talking in there language. Any how idk if ill go back since im further into the valley and i was in time crunch. read more

I love my people over at K Nails! I've gone here for years before the pandemic & I went back today for the first time since. The salon is nice & the ladies who work there are so accommodating! I usually get my acrylics done by Daisy who is absolutely perfect! She's so sweet!! She works fast & is a perfectionist, I always feel taken care of when I see her! A new woman did my nail art this time (sadly I didn't get her name) but she's so nice & funny and does AMAZING work! As always I'm so happy with my experience at K Nails! read more

I went in today for my appointment at 10:15! I was waiting for a couple of minutes still and it wasn't even busy. So I decided to take a look at the different colors they had pick some nail polish bottles up and tried them on my nails. They took so long I ended up walking out and once I walked out one of the Asian ladies there started following me as I was walk to my car!!! She stood in front me and and pushed me back she didn't speak English to she kept saying nail polish. So she started searching the pockets on my sweater like wtf! I told to not touch me she didn't understand moral of the story is that she thought I had stole nail polish which I didn't. But she assumed I did. The fact that she even laid a hand on me is crazy never again going back! Don't go here they have horrible service and might think you have stolen something read more

Very clean and sanitary, pricing is great, staff are polite and thorough. I went in for a manicure and pedicure as a first time customer and would go back. I would recommend to anyone wanting a nice mail service. Pricing is around $30 for manicure and pedicure combo. The extra few dollars for sea salt scrub is worth it! read more

I've been coming here for a little over a year now. Daisy is an amazing nail tech! I've done acrylic, dip powder, gel, pedicures, and wax. I've done all different colors and shapes and I've loved them every single time. Everything has been great no complaints. If you make appointments you won't wait at all. I highly recommend Daisy and Kevin. Kevin has done my full set 2 times and he is great as well. read more

Extremely sweet ladies that work here! I felt very comfortable & welcomed my first time coming here! This salon stays open 30 minutes later than most surrounding salons, and the ladies here are very talented as well as affordable!! Im very glad the nail salon down the street had horrible customer service, otherwise I wouldn't have been introduced to this cute & professional salon! The worst!!!!! I called made an appointment for a 6:15 pedicure appointment and keep in mind they we're pretty flexible and offered me many options, I arrive at 6:07 which I was early I understand. I sit there and wait and wait and wait finally at 6:30 someone moves me into a pedicure chair and I just sit there for another 30 mins!!!!!! Like how ridiculous can you be ??? And I only sat there that long because I was so tired otherwise I'm very impatient and would've left sooner. I took a look around me and it didn't seem to appear that any of the technicians were going to finish anytime soon so I got up took my feet out of the water and just left! The worst part they didn't even seem to be sorry or feel bad; if something like that happened at my establishment I would not let that slide! you can't just let customers walk out like that and not even be sorry. I highly recommend this salon! I was fortunate to hear about this place from a pharmacist at CVS. I was desperate for a pedicure, I get really bad ingrown toenails. They're super painful, if you've ever had one you know what I'm talking about. I've been to many nail salons looking for the perfect one after the last one I went to got burned out. I think I found mine! I went it the place seemed clean, which is really hard to say about most nail salons. I was quickly guided to a nice massage chair. Yeah I was worried because I know not everyone can treat my nails... I was nervous actually, because I've had terrible experiences before I knew about yelp. I was helped by Helen, she was super meticulous, careful, and super Gentle!! Even if she wasn't able to fully remove my ingrown nails, I was thankful. After what felt like 2 hours, she asked for help from Daisy, whom was still busy with another client. Daisy was kind enough to finish the Job. Quite honestly, if Daisy wouldn't of helped I would have given 3 stars. Because I know I would have been in pain. After 30 mins Daisy was able to remove most of the problem. Yes I'm still in pain, and the job isn't complete but she made it right by telling me if my toes still hurt to come back during the next couple of days. Honestly that's the only reason why they didn't get the 5 stars, I will update my review after the job is complete, because they honestly deserve it. I have found my salon for now! read more

After Daisy did my nails... I felt like the money and time that I had spent was WELL worth it! Her shaping abilities are amazing! She immediately fixed the color issue I had and picked what I wanted and it was exactly how I thought the first time would come out but she did it! I won't come back to K nails UNLESS I get Daisy to do my nails. She really took the time to make them all match and clean. Much happier of a customer and appreciated the quick fix and happy energy she gave to me! And as a plus her adorable little puppy Boba was there! read more

Geez where do i start. I had been here a few years ago to just get my arms waxed, which I only get done maybe one or twice a year. Well it had awhile and had decided to get my arms done again here for a special occasion. I had made an appt with Linda two days prior to a Wedding I was going to attend. I was greeted and seen within minutes shown back to the wax room. We chatted while she was distracted answering phone calls back to back while she was waxing my arms, not realizing that she was not only pulling hair but also my skin. Ouch! I had not discovered this until later in the day on how red those areas started to look and feeling irritation. I ran cool water in those areas for relief. I was so concerned that I visited urgent care the next day and had confirmed by a Doctor that I had first degree burns. I was so disappointed on how bad her service had turned out that I went back to the shop showed her my arms and my swollen upper lip and got a refund. She refused to give me her tip which was not deserved, but I let it go. One thing is for sure Linda needs a receptionist. If she didn't answer her phone calls while the hot wax was on my skin this would have never happened. Customers should be treated with respect and with her undivided attention in order to avoid any other incidents like these. read more

After giving this place three tries (de to convenience of location) i leave disappointed every time. If you are going in for a gel manicure be aware that they have very very limited gel color selection. Anyway- this time around i had two people working on my nails , one older lady giving me my manicure and a rushed gentleman to apply my gel. The lady was sweet, but it wasnt a "manicure" she just filed my nails and cut my cuticles. No massage, no under nail cleaning, nothing. And on top of that she made my thumb cuticle bleed by cutting to much. Which kept bleeding while i was getting the gel put on, so i had dry bloody gel by my cuticle. UGH. Save your 27$! Go some where with good reviews!! This place is horrible! read more

K nails is definitely not one of the best places to go for your nails! I have gone a couple times to see if they will improve, although they have yet to prove me wrong Every time i go and ask them to do it a specific way they always question it instead of saying oh that would look very nice or give any type of compliments. And at that i go for a set of acrylic nails so its very disappointing to see that my nails crack within like a week or two or the glue isn't strong enough. From what i've heard most of the females go for gel and pedicures, they need to either get a new set of people or take more classes to better their skills. I hope anyone out there will take my advice and avoid K Nails on Sherman Way North Hollywood CA 91605!!!! read more

Fast, friendly, and clean service! I love Linda doing my pedicure, she cleaned it so well I only come back every 3 weeks to get a new one! I highly recommend her but make sure you call in to make appointment first because she is always busy. I can't wait to come in next week to get my pedicure done again. read more

Nails done by Kevin on a Friday, broke on Saturday...went back to repair on Sunday and waited over 30 minutes for service while they took customers who arrived AFTER me, BEFORE me. Needless to say, I could not get my ONE nail fixed because I couldn't wait the full hour it would have been by the time they chose to finally get to me. I sat and waited patiently with my finger wrapped in acetone and foil for over 30 minutes thinking that I would be serviced. A woman came in for an entire fill, and she was serviced before me. I spent $60 plus tip just Friday for a fill/gel and pedicure, and I cannot get help with this ONE nail on Sunday. New equipment, and ownership the and service is still very poor. read more

I really appreciated the fast service. My gel manicure is great. My pedi was great. But my daughter's nails were not impressive. We usually go to a nail salon on Ventura in sherman oaks, they do a way better job. But I didn't want to pay so much. It turns out, I paid the same here than the place in Sherman Oaks. Not worth it. Sorry guys. read more

Love coming here everyone very nice just but Daisy is my girl to go she does a amazing for my gel manicure and Nancy does good for my pedicure so happy I found this amazing place. I just want to take the time out and write this review I never really write reviews but I am beyond happy for my nails.....All I want to say is go to this guy name THAI. He did the best coffin I have ever had and he knew exactly what I wanted for my nails....he really walk the walk and not just talk the talk and i finally found my nail person.. I called Sunday morning to schedule the soonest appt to do my full set and pedicure, Sky answered my call (the owner) and said they can take me in 10 min. Upon arrival, 11 min they actually were completely ready for me when I arrived. This is extremely rare in nail salons because every time I have made an appt in other nail salons I ALWAYS end up waiting. I appreciate there honesty very much. Knails has a nice nail polish selection and there massage chairs are AMAZING! Lilly did my pedicure and it came out flawless. Thai then proceeded to do my acrylic nails full set and did an amazing job as well. I am very pleased with there service will definitely be a returning customer:) P.s they are extremely clean as well! Love love love how clean it is, can't stress how important cleanliness is and this place has it down! read more

I was really pleased with their work. I received a fill-in and pedicure. The nail technician did a great job on my nails. They were done very neat and look natural. The pedicurist did a great job as well. She took her time and gave me a satisfying foot massage. Their prices are a little more than other salons in the area but I didn't mind in the end because I left happy. read more

A complete waste of time, walked into this place around 12ish on Saturday the staff was friendly. But the guy with the tattoo that did my nails was horrible I explained to him exactly what I wanted and showed him multiple pics and he told me it could do it for $45, after he did my nails(which wasn't the shape I wanted) he asked me to wash my hands and when I came back to my seat he told me "I can't do the design my manager has to, and it's $20 more dollars". I asked him why didn't you tell me that before starting my nails? He just looked with a blank stare on his face. So I paid $45 dollars for my nails/$35 on my feet-to walk out with clear nails polish on my hand, and a RASH on my baby toe so beware read more

They don't like walk-ins I found out my mother and I wanted to get a quick pedi but they were so rude to us. The owner of the salon did my feet see made me bleed and was annoyed that I said not to keep picking at my open cut. I told her I would not come back she throw my debit card at me after I paid. My mother and I just wanted to try a new nail salon near my work and it was a terrible experience. Go to this nail salon at your own risk. If you get your feet done beware they clean the bucket with a spray of Windex and a wipe of a paper towel. read more
