I first contacted Konnie in June 2022 because I wanted to start preparing my skin for my wedding in 2023. I've never been one to focus much on my skincare routine or do much research. I've tried the Korean ten-step routine, but it would stop shortly. As I selected the first-time client service, Konnie quickly reached out and scheduled a free consultation appointment. In our video meeting, she asked what I was looking for and provided different treatment options. Through that meeting, I could sense that Konnie was very caring; she loved her work and wanted to do what was best for my skin. After three treatments, I could see my skin had improved a lot. The red bumps on my forehead slowly went away, my skin tone became more balanced, and the acne also disappeared. Konnie created a list of the steps to apply products, which helped me stay committed to the skincare routine day after day because I had always find this part very confusing. I went to Konnie for a facial and she was absolutely incredible. She put in so much prep time by asking questions about my skin in advance. She then scheduled a 15min consult to walk through my skin care routine and to chat about the areas I'd like to work on during my facial. Once I arrived to her studio for my appointment, I felt a sense of calmness immediately. During the facial, she was very gentle with my face and walked me through the entire step by step process. She educated me on the products she was using on my face and the benefits they had on my skin. She would periodically pause to make sure I was feeling ok which was super comforting and she would resume by making any adjustments. She was really excited to show me the benefits of this product and went the extra mile by adding it on even though my session ran over.
