Her words exactly to me were "WELL, I'm leaving at 6 pm" mind you, that was at 3:50 p.m Not to mention, I made my appointment on May 12 th and I specifically said when I was making my appointment that I was totally available for any hour on May 13 to come in, but I was told that "May 12 was completely fine." My hair was done and I was out of her chair at 5:45 p.m and never received a single apology for any of the rude commentary. There was only two other people inside besides me and the hair stylist. They had hand sanitizer at the front desk and they also sell masks. But you need to be wearing a mask to enter.
