Waxers at nail salons aren't really the greatest, at least not the ones I've been to. They use waxing strips and the wax is always too hot and I end up with a straight-up rash on my eyebrows after. I've also been to some of the other dedicated wax salons and they really don't do a great job on my eyebrows either. I think they are only wanting to do more waxing like legs or bikini area. So when I visit and just want the brows done, it's almost like they are annoyed that I'm there and only getting a small service done because my appointment could have gone to someone wanting more waxing done, which would be more money for them. So I finally tried Waxxdaat and I'm happy that I did. I do not get that bad vibe from this place at all. I've been there a few times now and I always set my appointment up with Cola. She's been better than all of the other waxers I've tried in the area. I never have to wait long to get called back to her room, the wax is never overly hot, and she doesn't use waxing strips. My brows always look amazing and shaped just like I want them. The conversation is always pleasant and nice, she seems genuinely interested in what I've been up to since the previous appointment. The girls at the reception desk have always been really nice too. Overall it's been a great experience.

She also gave me advice on waxing vs. sugaring during a pre-wax consultation. Skye was friendly, professional and my wax was very easy to handle as it was not too painful. I appreciate how Jessica helped me relax before applying the wax because it has been awhile since I had one. The facial was one of the most relaxing facials I've ever had!!! Location: This nail shop is located in a busy shopping center near the Costco in Pearland. Parking: Parking is kind of jammed packed. Its a small lot and packed on the weekday when we went. Customer Service: We were walk-ins in the middle of the week, so we were attended to quickly. We got there kind of late in the day at around 5:40p, but they were still able to accommodate us. Even when you go up to their closing time, they don't rush you or make you feel unwanted. I appreciate that because I truly needed to get my nails done, but am working on limited timing. You also get an adult or regular beverage with your service. FYI, since we went past the closing time for the nail shop, all of the Nail Techs usually leave. If you are the type to give a cash tip directly to your Nail Tech, you can opt to give it to her at the time of service or leave it with the person. Ambiance: The nail shop is a typical one.
