I don't get crazy long nails, all Im getting is my natural nails dipped. At other places I have been to in the Pearland area, this dip, if I'm lucky will last up to 2.5 weeks. At Shadow Creek spa and nails, its consistency lasted for 4 to 5 weeks. I don't know if it's the brand they are using or what but I will not go anywhere else. They are also so good with my 10 and 6 year old daughters. They take their time and listen to what they want. They are both very indecisive, so the ladies being to nice with them is another reason I always come back. my daughters always pick some nail decals too, and there are so many options for them. Like other nails salons, they also offer refreshments while you're there. The inside isn't like the fanciest but it's all very nice, light and bright. I really will not go anywhere else for my nails.

Ben is my go to man for removal of these nails because he is SO gentle and it makes the entire experience so pain free. I had an emergency today where I had ripped my real nail with the long acrylic backwards and up from the nail bed, it had bled so much and pus dried everywhere I couldn't clean. I had just had these nails put on and I was in PAIN, but ben took his time and saved the day for $10 (plus a big tip bc I SUPER APPRECIATE the way he took care of me). He has saved my nails on more than one occasion. I love that these nails, without removal services, last much longer than other places and come off pain free and my nails underneath are still healthy. They seem to be getting busier, I guess everyone found out the secret which sucks for me but they deserve it! My only negative is just that the pedicures dont impress me. I paid to upgrade my pedicure - my feet are still rough, I don't get a massage that comes with the upgrade, she chopped my toenails so low without asking what length I wanted, three of my toenails are only half way painted and I still have a lot of dead skin all over my feet. I paid extra for gel, and at least three of my toenails are only halfway painted . I did not think that I had to watch every move that she made so that my pedicure would come out correctly, or else I would've corrected her before she ruined my toenails. 3. My nails are AWFUL. There are air bubbles under all of my nails, the topcoat is messed up on every single nail, the shape is not what I was asking for, three of the tips that were applied to my nails do not even cover my entire nail. Every time I spoke up for her to fix the shape, she told me that she was not done yet. I have never had nails look this awful. I asked for square round yet I got some type of fanned out, square shaped nails, that I did not ask for, and my toes nails are round and chopped off. Neither of which I asked for either. The thing that irritates me, the most is that this is the one time that I had a sitter come over so that I could get out and pamper myself for my birthday. I have young children and cannot leave the house for hours at a time just to go get my nails done, and the fact that I sat for over 2 1/2 hours and my nails, and my feet look terrible, is truly truly disheartening. Whenever I called to speak to the manager, she kept cutting me off telling me to come back so that she could fix them. She wouldn't even let me get two words out of my mouth before she would cut me off again, just to repeat herself. Unfortunately, you cannot turn back time, money is not the issue here, it's the fact that I wasted 2 1/2 hours and the fact that I never have time to get out of the house because I am a stay at home mom to two young kids.
