I decided to check this place out from a friend's suggestion. Upon arrival, the nail salon had a decent amount of people for 12 pm on a Thursday. The lady I requested was busy so I was able to make an appointment and come back within 2 hours. I wanted to get a shellac manicure and spa pedicure. My pedicure was amazing but my manicure not so much. The lady was tidbit rough and as you can see from the picture, she made me bleed. Wasn't the most relaxing experience but she was somewhat friendly so I ignored the pain. While I really didn't get the color I wanted or the designs I wanted, I didn't want to experience the uncomfortable feeling of the lady working on my nails anymore , so I just let it be. The exact next day the polish from the middle of one of my nails came off. Not even a week later, the pictures are a result of my nails. The pedicure was nice but overall for what I wanted and received, it's not worth it. read more

The absolute worst service... I asked for a gel mani/pedi and the nail tech working on my nails begins to cut my cuticles dry. I asked if he was going to soak my cuticles before cutting them and he still proceeds to cuts even after I asked. He cuts my skin and then decides to soak them after they speak to him in Vietnamese. Ben is very rude and tried to take short cuts while doing my nails. His energy is very negative and warrants an adjustment. I was offered another tech after I complained but at this point I don't trust this place. I won't return for any other services nor recommend either. You have been warned stay away!!!!! read more

I've been coming here for years while I've watched the quality of pedicures increase in price but diminish in quality. They always try to upsale you on the pedicures. And appear to get destained when you opt for a basic. Like today she said t even cut the cuticles on my left foot when i told her id requested the basic. She left dead skin everywhere and fibers in the polish i had to have her remove. She hadn't cleaned all the previous polish off to begin with. She didn't file them at all so they aren't even. And my skin is really dry. Alex & Money are great nail techs but are rarely on time. Maybe because they are high in demand. I make an appointment and either have to wait 30 minutes or get someone else. This has happened on more than one occasion. This is my last visit. I just can't seem to pay so much for a service with low quality & no respect for my time! read more

I rarely write reviews, but had to do it this time. Oh, this place is disappointing. I have been to this salon a few times for pedicures and I had no problem before. This time I went in to get a pedicure and manicure first time. The person who did my manicure scraped my cuticles so much that 3 of my fingers bleed. After my second fingers started bleeding, I asked her if this was normal. I have been to so many nail salons and had plenty of manicures before, never once I felt pain during manicure. She explained to me my cuticle was sensitive and reassured me the pain would go away. I thought okay, this sounded a little weird but let just wait until she was done. After she finally finished, 3 fingers were red and irritated. I addressed the issue with the front desk lady and she said I had to talk to the nail technician since all the nail technicians are independent contractors. It made me feel even more confusing. I am not satisfied with the service and couldn't even talk the supervisor. The front desk lady asked the nail technician to come back to talk the me and nail technician said she could take $5 off. I was speechless. This is terrible. Most people come to salons to get pampered, feel relaxed and want to feel pretty. I didn't feel it at all, instead finished with irritated fingers. It would be okay if you said "Sorry ma'am" I accidentally did too much on your cuticle." Instead, they said my cuticle is sensitive and took $5 off after I said something. Disappointing. read more

Mediocre dip mani and pedi at its best. I mean, they're not horrible, but it wasn't good either. & for the $107 + tip I spent, I expected better. First off- they don't wrap your nails to remove any old dip/shellac. Instead, you dip your entire tip of your fingers into the acetone. Not a great first impression. I paid extra for the "spa" pedicure, and it was basically the same thing I get at my old nail salon in Montrose in a regular pedicure- for way less money! & the final product here wasn't impressive. The paint job wasn't even and one of my toes color chipped within days. The mani was the better part of it all- I was pretty content with it initially, but a week in, the edges of the dip started lifting. This never happened where I used to go. I wouldn't come back. I'm still on the hunt for a great place in the Pearland area, but for now I'll continue to make the drive to my trustworthy spot in Montrose. PS: ALSO! I went with 2 friends and we all got mani and pedis and they also weren't impressed. One of them kept getting nicked by the tech doing her mani/cuticles! Not cool. read more

I have been going there for a while and it's been ok. Went there on October 7th 2023 to get my nails done for a trip I was taking out of the country. The lady at the front desk suggested doing a dip because it lasts longer and I obliged. I did a dip with my own nails, by day 3 majority of dip on my nails had fallen off. The nails didn't last long enough for the conference I was planning on attending. I paid way too much money for the nails to not make it to 3 days. I have reached out to no avail. I am a regular customer and was lucky to find a nail tech who has great customer service and who does my nails exactly as I like them. His name is Vincent. He is polite, does not get offended when you make certain requests and he helps the customer achieve a look they are satisfied with. I give Vincent 5 stars!!! However, today Vincent was busy, and I was propositioned by the manager to allow another nail techs do my nails even after I gave my preference. The manager recommended Ben, whose service was horrendous. Unfortunately, Ben was very rude after I made some requests for how I would like my gel manicure to look, he got gel polish on my cuticles and when I asked if he could clean it up, he attempted to clean up my cuticles with the drill instead of acetone and brush. I told him it hurt and asked him to stop, he proceeded to get an attitude, slapped some lotion on my hands as part of the "massage" that literally lasted 10 seconds and told me I was finished. This is not how you treat a paying customer I'm also annoyed at management for convincing me to change my preferred nail tech just because she didn't want to lose business today. I would have rathered come back another day when Vincent was available. I left upset, and annoyed and quite frankly, I don't think I will be returning. Management does not listen to the customer and the quality among the nail techs are too disparaging. Management does not seem to invest in quality nail techs and also tries to limit certain nail techs popularity when she sees that they are often requested. This last time may be my last time. Or I'll go to have Vincent do my nails once more before I truly quit this place . Do not let Ben do your nails!!!! read more

These people are horrible. They are wat too aggressive when taking off your nails and doing them. They have cut my whole nail off too the point where i was bleeding very bad while removing my acrylic nails. They do not remove your nails all the way either. I do not recommend this place read more

I have been here a handful of times so I think this review is fair. I try to come in here giving it its second chance but never fully satisfied. I went in for a pedicure choose the 21$ one, the guy said since I had shellac it was 5$ extra which I didn't mind. He does my pedicure asked him to take out my ingrows and said okay. When I saw he was moving on I told him again and said I did it already but I told him again it hurts I still feel it. Didn't do it and continued to do my pedicure. Once I was up to pay a26$ pedicure became 41$. I don't mind paying but the job and service wasn't worth it. Update: I decided to give it another try the pedicure was amazing ask for Loan! She made sure all my ingrown nails were out and took care of me. As far as my nails they were mediocre. I asked for oval shape with smile white tip. The nail tech took a while and that's when I realized it may not be the best job. She also kept coughing all over the place. The end result is okay but for the price is eh. There is lint everywhere on my nails that got embedded with the clear tip coat. And she also cut my cuticle on my Pinky finger. This was a new place so I decided to give it a try. Was greeted nicely and waited like 10 minutes to be seated. The place was clean but it should be since it's brand new. I told them I wanted a pedicure and just my cuticles removed. No not a manicure! No polish, no massage none of that! Just the cuticles because I have a place where I get my nails done at. He told me $12 I said no, because most salons it's only a 5 dollar fee . Then he asked me again I told him what I wanted then he said 10, and was no no worries because you get 20% off for the grand opening *rolls eyes* NO. Then he asked me again! *rolls eyes* I told him and then he said $7 and then said the same thing you get 20% off NO! Now he's back again same scenario now it's $5 *rolls eyes*! He went from 12 to 10 to 7 to 5! *rolls eyes*! Then once my pedicure came time for the polish I waited another 10 minutes because the lady who was doing mine stopped on me and went and started on someone else and I had to wait for another lady to come polish my toes! *rolls eyes* The worst part of my experience was the fact that I wasn't offered anything to drink! Like come on now other than the fact to get our nails done what's the real reason we go to the nail shop!? For the free drinks!! I wasn't offered nothing!
