Drink prices were reasonable, plenty of parking, adequate amount of bathrooms, and great music! I was also glad that there was a lounge area and table seating that was up for grabs (wasn't sure if that would just be for VIP tickets). It was also a great crowd that was well dressed and good vibes. We loved walking around the car showroom checking out all the beautiful cars, and then getting sweaty as we danced the night away. One of the best nye's we've had as adults no longer in our 20s haha! I'd for sure come here for other events and def consider coming here again next nye!

Such a RED FLAG! Before we signed our contract, it was Clay who was the venue manager at the time and he was incredible. Six months prior, I reached out with a question then was shared that Andrea was the new venue manager. Two months before the wedding Andrea had such poor communication and there were changes with the venue offerings that were not shared with me until I asked for certain furniture but found they didn't offer those items any more. Such another huge red flag on your end as a venue to not even reach out to me to discuss or apologize for your horrible venue manager, Andrea, for her behavior DURING my wedding at The Glass Factory. Within minutes of leaving the ceremony with my husband Andrea barges into the room about a problem with one of my guests. Andrea shared that my guest was unhappy that she was not let in for the ceremony when I in fact instructed all vendors to allow entry for guests during my ceremony but to leave them in the back inside of the venue near the entry door. My family friend missed the ENTIRE ceremony and Andrea was so loud and disruptive during my first alone time with my husband. RED FLAGS. I asked Andrea for her to apologize to my guest and she said no. My husband had to tell her she needed to leave the room because she was causing me so much anxiety and I was on the brink of tears because she was stressing me out so much. Attached you'll find information sent from my coordinator to all vendors which included Andrea the venue manager for the Glass Factory in Jacksonville, FL. My wedding was in early March and the venue was fairly warm as well. Very unique venue but if I could do my wedding all over again, I wish I could have chosen a different venue due to my experience with Andrea and The Glass Factory. The bar was fully functional and had plenty of space. There is efficient parking and the garage doors add a great feature aesthetically and functionally. I also had a great experience with the owner, who was very accomodating and made sure we had sufficient access to what we needed. We had about 75 in attendance and did not need for more space. I would personally recommend The Experience hands down.

But if a good night's rest is your priority, you may want to look elsewhere. The AC unit is loud and occasionally puts out an unpleasant smell, which was a nuisance throughout the stay. The walls are paper thin. Conversations from neighboring rooms came through clearly, and the hallway doors slam constantly with no relief. We managed to doze off between 11:30pm and 4am before being jolted awake by slamming doors and a neighboring couple having a full-blown argument in the hallway. Not exactly the relaxing night we had in mind. A few other small gripes: no blackout curtains, though the shades do a reasonable job, light creeps in from the sides. There is also no ice machine on the floors, though they do provide pre-bagged ice at the front desk downstairs. On the brighter side, breakfast was a nice touch if it is included in your rate. It is not a buffet but a made-to-order setup with a choice of omelet, burrito, or sandwich. We went with a fully loaded veggie option and it came generously stuffed. Nothing extraordinary taste-wise, but a solid and filling start to the day. The gym was a good size, though the free weight selection skews heavy, so if you prefer lighter weights you may find yourself out of luck. Clean, functional, and fairly priced for what it is, but bring earplugs.

The cocktail hour outside during golden hour was such a beautiful start and setting to celebrate their love. The weather was also cooler which was ideal. I know a lot of venues for weddings are pretty strict for who can cater but it was nice to see that this venue was flexible as it was a cater that I was used to seeing at Vietnamese wedding all across Florida. When we went inside, it was a huge ballroom and was decorated nicely. Our friends had amazing little stations- some for take home memorabilia, a ramen station for later, etc. Overall, a great location for a wedding!
